Road Rage to Road-Wise

Rate this book
Dr. John Larson, a stress medicine specialist, discovered that many of his heart attack patients were literally driving themselves to death--because they got so angry behind the wheel.
Dr. Larson's simple program eliminates "road rage" by reducing stress. The book outlines the Five Stressful Driver Beliefs and offers simple, easy-to-follow strategies that replace them with stress-free approaches. Aggressive drivers who have followed this program become less angry and find that they enjoy driving more.

The foreword is written by David Willis, President of the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety.
This book is essential reading for stressed-out drivers--and their passengers.

This book is great because it contains a lot of interesting facts and stories from drivers who have experienced numerous incidents of rode rage. It's greatly beneficial to read this book because it gives you insight on how other people think on the road. Furthermore, this book teaches you the things that make people angry so that you can avoid doing those things. It's important to realize that every driver has a different attitude so you need to act politely on the road to prevent any angry from spewing. Overall, this book was great and I would recommend it to anyone who struggles with controlling their angry on the road.
