How does one go from stealing $50,000 to being married in a chapel in Vegas? How can a relationship survive when you took the $$ to bail out your drug addict sibling? Evan is a saint

I absolutely LOVED this read by C.C Piper ,,,,,

Ella Hope Morris is a 25 year old who has been dealt a terrible hand in life ,,,, when she was 19 and in college she got the worse news of her life ,,,, her parents, whom were both Physicians, her father a Gen Prac and her mother a Pediatrician were on their way home from their 25th Wedding Anniversary in their older model Ford Taurus when her parent's car hit an antelope head-on resulting in a catastrophic car accident claiming both lives ,,,, Dad had a broken neck and died en-route to the hospital, Mom was not wearing a seat belt and went thru the windshield and died before the Paramedics got to her ,,,,, this leaving Emma, 19 and her younger brother, Evan 16 orphaned,,,, Evan was to young to not have adult supervision so Emma hired a lawyer and got a court to agree to Emma being his guardian,,,,, and their parents didn't have much and the house went back to the bank resulting in Emma getting a rundown 2 bedroom for them both ,,,,, she worked her butt off doing several jobs while trying to finish her degree online resulting in her doing freelance work with her graphic design degree ,,,,, ultimately Emma would live to become a children's book illustrator,,,,,,

When Ella's parent's died, Evan went into a shutdown,,,, not talking, not sleeping then he started smoking marijuana and after that she found drug paraphernalia and gambling in casino parking lot ,,,, now Evan is about to be hurt as he is $50 thousand into a bookie whom has sent 2 goons to let Evan know that time is up,,,, now, Emma has to do something for her brother she would've never even considered b4 this ,,,,,,,

So I woke up in Vegas and ................... Oops what did we do last night and where is my "wife"???

Accidental is a wild ride that is will leave you wanting so much more of Emma and James. This is a "Oops we got drunk and married in Vegas" story but with a number of twists and a whole lot of sizzling chemistry.

Emma is a young woman who does not know what to do to save her brother other than go against everything she is. He rat of a brother has ended up 50G in debt to the wrong people. Emma is sweet, loving, smart and beautiful. But when push comes to shove she tries to find someone to scam to get the money from. When she cannot find a mark at the casino she instead drowns her sorrows with James. The only problem is that the next morning they are married.

James is a billionaire restaurateur who is buttoned up and solely focused on his business. His friends finally get him to live a little and boy does he take a dive from the high board and ends up with a big splash. When he wakes up after in the morning after a night with the beautiful creature he realizes that the got married. The only problem is that she is not in his bed and is not where to be found. But she also took the money to pay off her brother's debt before something bad happens to him. He now needs to find Emma and figure out what to do next..........plus get his money back.

This is a well written and completely captivating book. The story-line just hooks you in right from the start and then the author takes you on a ride filled with a number of twists and turns and lots of emotions. The characters of Emma and James are really likeable and have substance and depth to them in the writing. I relished reading this book and wholly recommend it to other readers whether you are already a fan of C.C. Piper or would like to discover a new author that is fantastic.

I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

As a new kindle owner, yes l am always 10 years behind the crowd, l have noticed lots of booksprout reviews on book sites. Reading them, l have been impressed by the honesty and how many are able to help me with decisions regarding buy or not buy.

I was given a chance to read for free this book, to give an honest opinion and leapt at the chance. To be honest, l probably wouldn’t have chosen it myself, an author l didn’t know and l haven’t read any “billionaires” genre before.

How pleased was l to read this, a gentle love story with two characters that l cared for from the get go. Emma, who loved her brother and James every woman’s dream. Wouldn’t we all want to wake up married to him? I would! It has left me with a burning desire to find out about The Wish Maker??? Not a clue, so payday l will be buying the first in this series to find out more about this “club” and how it works.

I left 4 stars, why? Because it really wasn’t long enough for me, l like something that takes a bit longer to finish, will last the working day. Apart from that? Yes, l will definitely be reading the previous 3 books, l can’t wait.

Saccharine romance

No plot spoilers
No potential triggers
There is a little swearing and some sex
The characterisation isn't great, with the characters feeling one dimensional and flat
James comes across as a bit of a wimp to be honest. I've literally just finished the book and can't remember the FL name, but anyway she is morally dubious to say the least.
The plotline meanders all over the place, and the balance between show and tell is out of whack.
I didn't care if they stayed together, I didn't care if Evan got murdered.
James is supposed to be a renowned chef with several restaurants yet he's home for dinner every night?
If the story had developed then the plot holes wouldn't have mattered, but it's all really superficial and trite.
I don't know if it's because of two authors but the writing style is stilted and almost reads like a YA book. In fact, take a few swear words and a couple of light sex scenes out and the target audience could be 14 year olds.
I purchased the series quite some time ago (long past the age of 14) and this is my first re-read, I won't be reading it again.
Would I recommend the series? If you don't need to lose yourself in a book then, yes.

Fantastic! A new author to me. Truthfully, I didn’t like the covers, but I read the description and I, glad I took the chance because the story is great. I love finding books by new authors that I enjoy. This story is about 3 guys basically; James, a 30 year old Billionaire who lives In Nevada; his best buddy and business partner, Mauricio; and, another friend Richard - they’ve been friends with Richard since Harvard. James went Culinary School and became a chef and then went to Harvard and got his MBA degree with a minor in Psychology. The guy is very bright. His 1st restaurant is The Gardenia. Ella Lost her parents on their 25th anniversary to a horrible accident. This was horribly traumatizing for her and when her parent’s died, Evan, her brother, got into drugs and gambling and is in trouble - He is about to be hurt as he is $50 thousand into a bookie whom has sent 2 goons to let Evan know that time is up. Emma has to do something for her brother now.

Thanks to the author btw of Booksprout for an ARC to read and give my honest opinion.

Book four in the Billionaire secret club series, with the wish maker at it again. What happens in Vegas... James decides to live a little one night, and ends up shackled by Elvis impersonator to Emma. The next day however she disappears with more than his heart to the tune of fifty thousand dollars.

What did I like? James was not what I expected. He wasn’t the usual billionaire asshole with control issues and that made him more personable. Emma was unexpected too. Clearly the two of them were attracted to each other but happenstances just got in the way.

Would I buy or recommend? Wish maker doesn’t disappoint at uniting these two. It was an easy story with a beautiful HEA. If you love this series you will enjoy this one.

Thoughts for the author? Enjoyable read and thanks for the ARC. Four stars of entertainment!

We All Need a Wish Maker – Fabulous series!!

When his friend tells him to “live a little” he doesn’t plan to wake up married – or to have his new wife missing, with something of value. I adore these characters. James really is looking for a connection. Emma is attractive, kind and has a good sense of humor – but acts out of character to save her brother.

Such emotion when these two are reunited. Emma has a debt to pay. James is a billionaire, a chef, holds an MBA and strikes an interesting bargain.

It’s all about relationships and putting other people first. Read within one day, as I could not put it down!!

While both drunk, James and Emma get married in Vegas, but James finds her gone along with fifty thousand dollars. James is able to find Emma with the help of a friend and the club’s wish maker. He plans to make her pay the debt she owes him. I recommend this well written book which has wonderful characters and a great storyline with lots of sizzle.

This is book number 4 in the Billionaire's Secret Club series and each of these books can be read as a standalone. This tells the story of James and Emma who meet in Las Veges and one thing leads the next. James wake ups the next morning realizing that he got married the night before to a gorgeous woman but that woman is no where to be found. Emma takes the money and runs knowing that this money will help solve her little brother's problem of the debt that he owes. This is book is a roller coaster of emotions and a lot of suspense between Emma and James.

Emma is desperate for money. Her brother is a gambler and addict and needs $50,000 to pay off a debt. At her wit's end, she goes to a casino to try and find an old man she could scam. She feels so badly about this but can't find any other way to get the money but has no luck. There she meets James. Getting drunk together they end up married. She doesn't know that James is a billionaire. A beginning. Another debt. Lives threatened. A great love. I thoroughly enjoyed this story but all the hyphenated words drove me nuts just like the last book. I don't know if it's a formatting issue when read on my Kindle or not it.

James meets Emma in Vegas and they drunkenly marry or so he thinks, he thinks she is perfect for him.
Emma isn’t there for love she needs money to help her brother after he becomes involved in drugs & gambling and owes the wrong person 50k.
James wakes up to find Emma and 50k missing from his safe and then makes an agreement to have her found and he goes after her to find out why.
It becomes clear their feelings for each other are growing but she is a bit stupid when she can’t see him for what he is and what he can do to help Hershey eventually realises he is what she needs and how great of a husband he actually is.

Yet another triumph for the Wish Maker! Knowing just what each customer needs, she never fails to produce. Her world is made up of private clubs and interconnected members. James seems to be all he appears and Emma the most unlikely woman he could want. But as time moves forward with their arrangement, it seems all will come true for this self made billionaire and the woman who captured more than his $50,000.

I really enjoy seeing a man's thoughts and true heart under what he projects to the outside world. It makes the stories "C.C.Piiper" writes so much more entertaining. These men are true romantic at heart!

If I could steal 50k from a man and then have him fall in love with me I’d be the happiest woman on earth.

I’m absolutely loving this series by C.C Piper, getting through 4 of their books in the past two days!

James is such a romantic softie!!! The constant need for him to care for Emma and to constantly worry about her pulled on the heart strings!!

All the heroines in this series are such brave and strong women. They care for the people they love and Emma is no different! The love she has for her brother to help him get out of his bad habits, even if it causes some dire situations, is just sheer determination and furled by love.

This book made me so mushy and happy inside 😆😆

This was a very good story. Kept me turning pages deep into the night. (At least until I finished the book) Seems that James ends up getting drunk in Vegas and asked Emma, who was also druck, to marry him. One thing led to another and the next morning Emma is gone and so is his $50,000 dollars. With help he finds Emma and then the story really gets interesting Will they end up really falling in love and making their HEA? Read the story to find out what happens. This is a page-turner with a well-developed and written plot and some wonderfully well-rounded characters. Emma and James have great chemistry between them and although their first meeting and marriage may not have gone as planned, they are wonderful together when they finally get things sorted out. No real need to have read the previous books in the series, but if I were you, I’d read them all as they are all brilliant.

I think this is the best in this series! James and Emma meet in a casino in Vegas. She needs money to bail her brother out of trouble and after a drunken night they end up married. The next morning James wakes up without a wife and minus $50,000. He finds Emma and learns why she did this and their story begins or ends? An amazing page turner and another winner for CC Piper.

So much narrative

This book was a no go for me. There was too much narrative and background info. The interactions were weirdly worded; for example, James compliments Emma's cooking by saying it was divinely yummy. Just cannot imagine a trained chef/billionaire businessman using those words. There was no tension due to the long narratives and brief childlike interactions. As for it being a dark romance, only if you closed your eyes and thought of any other book.

When James and Emma are brought together he has no idea her real motive. What started as a quick thing to help her brother throws her for a loop. She never imagines the connection she feels towards James. When he comes looking will she be brave enough to tell him the truth?
So many rough emotional decisions.

Accidental is a well written, steamy, page turning story about James and Emma. The characters are well developed and talk about off the charts hot chemistry. An accidental marriage, missing money and a couple who are great together make this a great story. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

It's my first time reading this authors work and I was not disappointed with the series. There were times I felt the attraction between the couples was running too fast which made it unnatural.
Having said that I enjoyed the banter between all the couple and this kept me laughing uncontrollably throughout.
It was an easy 5 stars for me.

Amazing!

The billionaire in this book is a unicorn! I didn’t think I would enjoy such a gentle alpha role. He’s gentle and loving and romantic, and Emma is rough around the edges. For once it’s not the heroine trying to break down the rich man’s walls. It’s opposite. He had to break her walls down.
