This book is an excellent introduction to options trading. There's no mathematical derivations of Black-Scholes or anything like that; if that's what you want, go read Hull-White. This book written in Jon Najarian's voice and uses simple language to clearly explain options in one of the best treatments I've ever read. He even gives a very clear explanation of the greeks, and how you would use them. He also gives three option strategies, which was awesome. Normally a book like this would give two dozen strategies, leaving the reader clueless on what to do. By limiting it to three strategies, you get a much better idea of when to use them. Ultimately, the book is an advertisement for their Unusual Option Activity service, which at $5k/year, most people can't afford. And that's too bad, because after reading this book I feel more people could get involved in this once they've mastered the basics of stock investing.
