A CCP publication that catalogs the posters presented in the last 50(?) years or so by the Cultural Center of the Philippines.

Since the Cultural Center of the Philippines has the resources, this book has the best in terms of looks - thick white pristine colored pages and hard cardboard cover. The book is composed of well-chosen 50 posters corresponding to 50 years of Art and Culture at the CCP. This is a book that you can put beside your elegant side-table at your living room for you to give a good impression to your visitors especially to those who can appreciate art.
But I don't have that kind of visitors. In fact, because of pandemic, there's been no one visiting us except the electrician, the Wi-Fi provider, the plumber and the recent visit of our weekend "girl Monday" (she works on difficult household chores every Monday only). So, even if this book still smells good, I have to keep this inside the plastic container. Maybe when I die, my daughter will sell all my books in bulk and the recipient of this book will wonder what this book is doing in my collection of 1001, 501 and award-winning books in English and many local (Filipino) books.

Like what I said, what I liked about this book is the process of printing described in a number of pages. It reminded me of my previous job as buyer of printed materials when I was a young college graduate. That's all. I just cannot understand the posters even if I pretend to know art.
