Great read loved it was in a box set. Started one and finished the rest in no time at all. The world the characters the writing all spot on

Amazeballs!
1. Livvy has dreams. Big dreams. Superhero dreams: to be saved by a hero or be a superhero herself. But you know what they say: be careful what you wish for, because it might come true!
I’ve read books about empaths before, but they had to learn how to deal with all the fear and anger that affected them negatively. With Livvy it’s different, she becomes a sort of superwoman. She can tap into other people’s emotions of anger and fear and gain supernatural strength that way, which is so cool. I liked that original take on being an empath. Things may not be as great as they seem though.
I started out really liking the story, but somewhere down the line that became love. I can pinpoint when that happened exactly: it was when that twist came that turned everything upside down! Amazeballs! That was a turn that I really didn’t see coming! The story didn’t go at all where I expected it to go and that was awesome. So well-written, and it’s got a good message too. Not preachy in any way, it just points out selfishness and materialism in a subtle way. Livvy experiences quite the personal growth and learns a lot. What an emotional ride!
2. Very engaging!
I was almost scared to start this second book in this Empath series. It got so intense in book 1!!! But I mean an excited kind of scared; what will our superheroine be put through this time?
In this installment we learn more about Livvy’s powers. Livvy is going back to her normal life - but what is normal? Especially when she now has superpowers, is an empath, and has Dean by her side. And she has to learn to deal with everything, including her growing feelings for Dean. But her powers also mean she can’t have her cake, and eat it too. That’s just too much to handle. Being an empath is hard. She needs Dean close to her to block all of those teenage emotions at school. She does love her superpowers, they are thrilling! But then…
A very engaging book. I honestly didn’t know where the story would go, which was a good thing; I was happy to be surprised. The book took me away to a good place, provided an escape into a world full of emotions. Totally recommend!
3. What a finale!
What an emotional ride! (I had a bit of a spoiler here, I removed that) This unstoppable foe has to be found and stopped! But when she finds out who it is… This was sooo good. So so so good. Really recommend! I really felt what Livvy was feeling, I felt the despair, the anger, the fear, the pain, the guilt, the hope, the love. Wow wow wow!

I will definitely recommend this to those looking for something fantasy with interesting characters and lovely romance to go along with it. This trilogy, while not my utmost favorite, was beautifully written, with character drive and building of the plot. I read this over a period of days and wished there was more.

This is such a great series! It’s full of superheroes and romance! There is never a dull moment as the characters learn about their superpowers and how to control them. They have to fight the evil forces that long to destroy them. I especially love the romance between Livvy and Dean. I highly recommend this wild ride of a series to anyone who loves YA fantasy and superheroes!

This is the story of a group of empathic teenagers and what happens when they learn they can do and be more. Each story in this set was a fun entertaining read with cool characters. Kept me reading to see what would happen next and what they would do and have to face next. Good characters and a twist or two along with surprises. An interesting take on powers and superpowers. Just enjoyed each story with its action and characters.

This series has a very interesting premise and excellent plot hooks. I found the development of the protagonist and surrounding characters through the series very impressive as well.

Selina really has outdone herself with this one. Absolutely loved reading this series with action packed from the get go, we follow Olivia (Livvy) on her mission and dream to become a hero but it turns horribly wrong when she's in the wrong place at the wrong time. With edge of your seat suspense, love and friendships it is a MUST read for anyone who loves a great adventure.

Light and fun
Light read about a girl who always wanted super powers. The powers aren't very hard magic but are consistently used. The way people use them is also decently done. I don't feel al the personal relationships 100%. But this might be due to the fast pace of the story at times. I empathically implore you to read this one.

A great series in one handy volume! What's not to like? Wonderfully written, with well developed characters and an intriguing storyline. Fans of young adult paranormal stories will definitely love this one-volume edition.

Good plot - completely unexpected turns of events and a well thought out world. Definitely a little more YA than I expected but I really fun and enjoyable read.
