Statistics: The Easy Way is a supplemental work for someone's course textbook. Douglas Downing and Jeffrey Clark, both Ph.Ds, wrote this third edition in 1997. I assume they added material covering personal computer use, since that was in vogue at the time. The book covers both Statistics and Probability, as most textbooks are wont to do.

The text uses prose to cover material before transitioning into calculations and equations. The book has clarity to it. Everything is defined well, the answers in the back of the book increase understanding, and there is no filler.

Some of the programs mentioned in the book may be outdated. I believe the book uses C, but I don't know the version. The book's publisher promises an increase in grades within 30 days. I can't verify that, since I'm out of school, but I did think it was easy to follow along with the material.

I enjoyed the book. Thanks for reading my review, and see you next time.
