Reign is a strong, black, successful woman who has managed to build a great life for herself, using the bricks that had been thrown at her in life. Reign knows what it means to lose someone you love too well and that is the reason why she vowed to never love a man of the streets again. However, when she crosses path with Pharaoh Black, he immediately knocks down the walls that has hidden her heart for years. There’s only one problem, Reign is unaware of the underworld life he lives.
Chasity is a single mother striving to give her son the love he deserves. While the father of her son, Rico, is chasing females and doing what he wants, he still manages to make sure Chasity doesn’t move on with anyone else, feeling as if she belongs to him. Majesty Black has had the lovely, Chasity, on his radar for years, sitting back allowing time and opportunity to bring them together. Majesty fear no man, including Rico. Yet, letting Chasity move on is not an option for Rico and he is determined to show Chasity and Majesty just that.
Tempest was once head over heels in love with King Black. That was until King did something that their relationship couldn’t survive, causing her to walk away from him and everyone with the last name Black, including her best friend, King’s sister. Now, years later business has caused Tempest to return to Philly. A Reunion with King was not in her plan, but life seem to have plans of its own, bringing her face to face with the nightmare she ran away from years ago.
Pharaoh, King and Majesty better known as the Kings of Philly are the true definition of hood royalty. From guns, drugs, power and well experience hitmen, the Black Brothers has it all, making them a hustler's dream and a hater’s worst nightmare. With all the madness the street life brings, the brothers are learning it doesn’t compare to the madness of being in love. Take a ride and find out how the four-letter word turns these brothers lives upside down while at the same time they’re dealing with known and unknown enemies surrounding them.
Women like Bria and Katrina have lost their everlasting minds. The lengths these women go thru was scandalous to say the least. Karma coming for them yep!
Out of the three brothers Majesty appears to have his love life working, but King is wishy washy and Pharaoh just keep on keeping secrets.
Reign is a boss and handling her business. Chasity is very naive and wants to see the good in everybody especially her baby daddy Rico and Sabrina. Chasity got to understand leopards do not change their skins.
I’m not surprised about the end because women like Katrina is trifling and sneaky.
Jealousy/Envy/Greed got family members envious and keep doing snake ish.
This from start to finish was just good and not mention the dynamics of all the relationships. I love the fact that the men in this story what and who they wanted. Now I didn't agree to how Regin treated Chastity but emotions sometimes get the better of us. The writer also gives a really good look at the inside of these relationships and there insecurities. This was solid writing and a well thought out story. But I have one issue and that's a second pair of a third pair of eyes are needed.
The story had my full attention that I couldn’t but it down, the story line is so gd, the black brothers are some players and try to hold on to there player ways until three woman comes along and blow them out of the water lol I feel like yes they are very powerful, but pharaoh let so many things slip by him. I can only hope princess be ok, little kJ is a trip, I look forward to the next book..... thanks
King is truly a dumbass. Bria, Rico, Ricardo, and Sabrina are gonna meet their maker. The brothers needs to do better. They let known enemies live and they continue coming for them. Teddy and Queen is the only story I don’t care for so I actually skim their chapter. Their trope annoys me. And PLEASE, GET AN EDITOR!!!!! It’s so much grammar and misspelled words it’s ridiculous. I’ve never wanted to DNF a book for it, but this almost took me there.
This book was good from beginning to end!!!…Pharaoh was definitely Bae and he was letting you know he didn’t play!!!…Catrina should have been a total shame of herself!!!…I was soooooo happy that Princess was going to be okay and all this devotion is bringing the beast outta Momma Marie!!!…
I'm all for it..first time reading Authoress Allie Marie's work and I'm not disappointed. The Black family has so many issues and concerns. Enemies are coming out from everywhere. Loves have been lost and found and lost again...the drama continues... On to book 2.. Highly recommended. 📚
This book is well written but there’s so many different characters and relations it’s kinda hard to keep up with who is who. Nonetheless the book is good and worth reading
This book here! This book here is the business it kept up couldn’t sleep has to finish it. Can’t wait to the 2nd portion. The editor needs to catch the misspelled words but didn’t deter the story.
I don’t feel bad for king because he should have known better but men don’t think. Smdh I liked teddy but not no more he’s a clown, n pharaoh is just as dumb, how r y’all this powerful but letting everyone get over on y’all?
This book was great from the beginning to the end!!! I read both parts in one day lol. I truly loved all the characters and the obstacles they faced. Great read!!!
The drama!! Katrina you know you wrong hun really a child. Bria and Ricardo doing the most. Everybody in this book doing the most but it’s sooo good!!!
I’m ready for it allllll! Katrina with her gold digging behind got that but whipping that she so desperately needed! What you don’t do is mess with people kids. Uht Uht! Bria, Rico, Sabrina, and Ricardo I’m ready for their take down next!
I love this book. Great read and the author definitely put some thought into the characters and the story. The Black Brothers are definitely bae. Angelo and Reign’s bond is so beautiful. That is how family should truly be.
