This book had some good points that I underlined and will definitely write down. I agreed with many things the author wrote and disagreed with a couple. For such a short book there were too many typos, something that annoys me in professionally published books. All in all, this was a nice little book for those beginning their weight loss journey.

I didn't find this book as helpful as I'd hoped. It did not flow well and there were several grammatical errors that just gnawed at me. There is talk of your "former self" and then reference to your former self as "they". Very odd.

There was little talk about actually being healthy.

Enjoyed it

In ways it was reassuring and in others it did help remind me of the excuses I can’t make and the things to think about when I struggle. I appreciated it

Simple Read

Overall, it wasn’t a bad book, but I wasn’t sure I really gained anything from it. I would recommend if you are looking for a quick read.
