Have you ever wondered about the Aztecs, the Inca, the Inuit, or the Polynesians and their beliefs? Did they have myths like the ancient Greek civilization? Were there spirits, gods, or supernatural creatures they believed in? These are the topics of this elaborate guide. The false notions about these peoples will be outlined and debunked. The confusion will be done away with, as you read through these explanations about how all these stories all fit together. Many of us don’t know much about mythological stories from these regions, and it is my pleasure and privilege to educate you on the intricate details that lie within them. That’s why I have also provided some fascinating facts and historical background about each of these peoples. Creation myths, legacies, the sacrificing of children, the empires, and their wars are all mentioned and touched on in this book. So, go ahead and sit back in a comfortable chair, relax, and read or listen to the peculiar, occult, or sometimes even gruesome and dark, controversial legends from these American and Oceanic areas.
About the Book: A very interesting book on Aztec, Inca, Inuit and Polynesian myths and beliefs. Plenty, but not overbearing, explanations and an outline on falsehoods. Short but solid.
My Opinion: I didn’t know even the quarter of the things in this book. It was very, very interesting and informative. Though I would recommend picking up a text book (paper or ebook) right away, since I only did so half-way through. It’s impossible to take notes from audio, as was proved by google not getting what I’m searching for the first two times.
Some of the greatest tips about this topic are candidly being uncovered by the author. That's the reason why I just like it. I was seriously awed by this audio book. The audio book describes numerous points of view extremely well. It also dives much deeper in to the material. My favorite parts were actually the final chapters, in which the final thought clicked.
This audiobook is filled of good material. Not bad in any way. I think it's one of the very best books on the market. In my eyes, it was just one of those books you can not really skip. You can not dismiss it, since it is one of the best on the market. I may become repetitious here, but that's just how I think about it.
