I ran because I fell in love with him and he could never be mine. I left because he lied, he never loved me, he will never be free and he will never be mine.
He didn’t make me any promises, but I was still naive… and I ended up in hell…
Ana Balen was born in Zagreb, Croatia, where she still lives with her husband, their son (read boss!) and the son’s pet rabbit named Shhh! (or some other gibberish that’s the favorite of their son for the day.) She spends her days driving her husband up the wall (when he can’t get her ass up from the bed in the mornings), reading and daydreaming, or following orders from a two-year old. In the hectic life she leads (and loves every second of it), she never thought about writing. But, then one day a name popped in her head, then, the snippets of things, and she sat down and started typing. Next thing, she wrote a book. And now, she’s trying to write another one ;)
What a ending to this page turning series, it couldn't have ended any other way for me. Nick is a strong and demanding Alpha Male and loves with a passion, and he wants and needs Heather and will stop at nothing to have her.... So good !!!
This book was absolutely incredible and a wonderful finale to this series! Heather has settled into her new job and is dating Luke. Nick has finally decided to go find Heather as he realizes his mistakes and still loves her. Mr. Matthew's tells Heather of a new business deal and she will be needed and is she surprised when she walks in and finds that it's Nick. I loved Heather and Nick's story, their connection and chemistry was undeniable. Nick was such a dominant man and wanted things his way, and it made me smirk a little when things didn't go his way. This was an amazing story and one I definitely recommend.
Perfect ending of a great love story. Author deserves to be read more. Nick finds Heather but she doesn't want to have anything to do with him because of her past and because se thinks he is still married. Nick tells her the truth and thinks she will come back to him. But Heather feels guilty and doesn't want to have anything to do with him. So Nick "gives up". In the end Heather realise that she can't live without him. They have ther HAE with a little bonus 👶.
Reasons I enjoyed this book: funny, happily ever after, page-turner, steamy, original, great world building, wonderful characters, romantic.
The conclusion of the trilogy was the best book by far. Nick’s finally going to be free with his impending divorce. It’s time to claim what’s his after waiting for so long. The question is did he wait too long? However Heather isn’t going to make this easy for him, she’s still crushed by his cruel words. There is no doubt that she still loves him and it’s unfair that she moved onto Luke while she still has so many unresolved feelings. It’s high time Heather faced her family drama head on and let go of some of the guilt she feels.
I didn't like the first and second books all that much due to the cheating. I don't normally read them. I'm glad I took that chance on them. This series ended up to be great. Ana Balen did a fantastic job on this series. I'm glad that all worked out in the end for nick and Heather. I recommend this book/series. Thanks Ana for a great series.

Oh, this is a great finale to the series! Nick is such an alpha male and had me smirking and laughing quite a few times with his attitude and behaviour. Love the few little twists taking the story in unexpected directions! Great series!!
I don’t know which one of these was my favorite. I couldn’t wait to read this one to find out what was going to happen. I love cliff hangers and Ana does it well. Wonderful story teller and she definitely found herself a new reader.
I wasn't sure if I would like these sets of books. Not my type of books, but I went in with an opened mind. They were better than I thought. The last installment was very good. I think I liked it better than the others. A nicely-paced book.
Wonderfully done! this series was a complete surprise for me. A very pleasant one I might add! Ana did a wonderful job with this series! I started volume one and couldn't stop until I finished volume three! I strongly suggest you read this series! Ana, you have definitely gained a new fan!!!
I’ve enjoyed getting to know these characters. They’re entertaining and I’ve loved watching them grow together. It’s a quick read but the angst and passion make it well worth it!
I loved all three books, but I wish it had ended differently. Don’t get me wrong I was still satisfied with the ending, but I would’ve been happier with another ending.
When I started reading Good Intentions it was out of pure curiosity as to how the story will go. Have in mind that I do NOT tolerate cheating of any kind for any reason!!!! And while reading the book I had to keep reminding my self that it was only a story, that’s how good the story got.
Volume 1~ Nick’s marriage is in trouble. He has been having his eye on Heather (not his wife) and when he takes action it leads him into a relationship with her.
Volume 2~ I almost stop reading it. There’s a point where I wanted to strangle Nick and punch him for his actions......... now that I got that out of my system, lets continue to the final book.
Volume 3~ What in the world is happening? This was a reading full of a freaking rollercoaster of emotions. I am glad I continue reading, I lost count of how many times I had to put down my Kindle, take a breath, and then continued reading.
