What a fantastic math program! This made homeschooling kindergarten math both fun & easy. My son looked forward to math every day. Inexpensive compared to MANY other options out there. Open-and-go, lots of hands-on activities using household items, very little extra to buy (set of pattern blocks, counters, and index cards). 4 lessons per week creates built-in flexibility. Of course, I loved that there was a suggested picture book for each week to go along with the lessons and we read every single one (mostly borrowed from the library.) Ideas for incorporating what you are learning in everyday life. Review and warm-up each day provides extra practice and builds confidence/mastery. DO NOT buy the student workbook alone, it is just the tip of the iceberg.

Kate Snow knows her stuff — she’s been both a classroom teacher and a homeschool mom and she has a Math degree from Harvard. I knew I could DO kindergarten math, but I couldn’t TEACH it well without help. In my book, she has been highly successful in her aim to help parents AND kids both enjoy math and teach & learn with confidence. Nothing is decided just yet, but if we homeschool 1st grade, our math curriculum will be a no-brainer.

We have benefited incredibly from the math work we’ve done with Kate Snow’s Preschool Math at Home and now Kindergarten Math with Confidence. It’s very game based and light on worksheets— exactly what I wanted. My eldest has also completed First Grade and lit up like it was Christmas when we unboxed Second Grade. This curriculum has made her love math (most importantly) and also given her a solid foundation. My second kiddo has worked through K and I’m planning on keeping it for my next homeschooler as well. Definitely recommend!

We used her Facts that Stick series and really loved it! My daughter has a very solid grasp of math sense and math is actually her favorite subject! I really love this kindergarten program and plan to integrate this into our younger children's math lessons when they are ready for it. Kate Snow's math is the best! Fun for kids with lots of games and low prep for parents!
