This poetry collection opens up conversation to a terrible fact: there are still stigmas on people who suffer from mental illnesses. We see a heartbreaking view from the voices of those who have struggled through society's belief that their illness isn't real. The voices that have been "Titled" as "faking it", or called out for "seeking attention". Through their eyes we see what it's like to not only to have others call you out in disbelief, but also to not believe in yourself. We must learn from their struggle and get rid of this destructive stigma.
