The Cabin Boxset by James Hunt is an amazing box set that I have read. I loved reading this amazing box set cause it has suspense and thrillers in this amazing box set and I can not wait to see what this author will write about next. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about suspense, horror and thrillers.

EMP
Not many people are prepers and not many people really ever thought that the USA could go down, but we can! Maybe this book will wake them up. I am not a preper, but I Do own my own weapons and have Learned over the last 60 years how to live off of the land. My children can as well as my grandchildren. Maybe some other people will take it upon themselves to learn how and teach their children to as as because of this book.

Excellent book with great story line and lots of action.
Great book. Easy reading. Lots of action as man/woman attempts to save their lives and the freedom they enjoy. Gives one thought about why we allow terrorists camps to thrive in our country which could be turned against us.

Amazing
In had a very hard time putting this double book down. Although I'm not a fan of.war stories this is unusually prominent and filled with depths.and goodness despite all the hatred and evil surrounding and threatening all the goodness. Thank you! The respect the gift it must take to be an author and writer who.brings all of these sides of life together. Bless you!!

Good Read
I was pleasantly surprised by this book. Initially I wasn’t too sure but the characters James and Jake won me over completely. Nothing I like better than an underdog story or a good person who won’t compromise their beliefs and with both of those being main elements of this book it won me over and had me flipping pages as fast as I could! Really good story!

Good story
I feeI I would have enjoyed this story more if I hadn’t bought the box set, It was overkill because I enjoyed the first book but I just kept on reading without reading another book in between,
( I think I needed a little break but wanted to know what happened next and I just binge read which was a mistake )

On the edge of your seat read that will hopefully never happen
I enjoyed reading this series. I hope I don’t run into any seriel killers after shtf if so tip for everyone you might want to read this book or have a little dynamite on hand. As far as the second book I really felt for jajes mother. This was quite the story

Love these stories
I really liked this book. It was a great story filled with believable characters. The only problem I had was the spelling and sentence structure in a few places. I already have a few more books in this series to read and I am looking forward to them. This has continued to be great stuff! I never know where the story is going to go.

I enjoyed reading both books in this set. I found both books suspenseful and well written. I didn’t want to put either book down. I recommend reading.

Keep the names straight
Not a bad read, but it needed some proof reading done. The part that drove me crazy the most was how you knew which character was supposed to be talking and the author put a different character's name in it's place.

When you read The Cabin By James Hunt it will most certainly make you think. It's full of action ,mystery love of family and Country I really enjoyed these books . I recommend 18 and up .

I have read quite a few books , in my day! The Cabin Boxset, gives us a glimpse of what could happen when a EMP is launched! James Hunt wrote two books about life during and after a EMP changes the world into chaos and to fight what is right! Freedom! Great Read!

Hard to put down
Loved The Cabin. Characters are amazing and the Author's descriptions of everything made this awesome. Sad at the loss of some fav characters but I am a trooper so I dried my eyes and kept reading. Great job Mr Hunt.

Good Story Line
Could be a future reality. Plenty of interesting characters. Could have used a bit more editing. A few errors remain but nothing serious enough to detract from the flow.

Enjoyed
I really enjoyed this book. It was suspenseful and very vivid in descriptions. It was quite gory with death and blood. But it kind of needed it to tell the story. Of how it would more than likely be in real life.

Gripping!
Absolutely LOVED this set! Page turner from the very first page. Exciting, fearful, edge of your seat praying for the right outcome. Totally recommend for anyone but especially if you love a survival story and beating the odds.

Stories have me pause
These stories have me pause, considering that our society is basically all run by computer. Don't know that i will become a hardcore Prepper/Survivalist BUT I will definitively make changes.
The only other thing I can say about this book is I would have liked that Teddy had either stayed in the truck or had been found by James.

When I tell you this was an extremely great read. There was so much action, fighting, and finding LOVE in the midst of it all. I truly enjoyed this book.

I thoroughly enjoyed both stories, but expected the two stories to come together at some point.

Good book and I like the characters. I did read book 2 before wish it wasn't included in this box set. I thought the Homestead was very good and a page turner.
