I think it’s rare to get this level of detail. ‘Most’ books of this genre give you an overview of processes, so you are left with a series of islands of knowledge. Future-proof Your Business, also gives you the connecting bridges, between those islands, a set of instructions as to how to go about implementing the methods presented. We need more books like this which are genuinely powerful. You could read the book as a CEO or first line manager and think, ‘right, today, we’re going to change our business for the better and this is how we’re going to go about it’.
