With the defeat of the Triple Triad and the aftermath of their attack on Valcav, it's time for Nick and his classmates to start a new semester on Inferno Island with a show of solidarity and peace: a parade.
But when a long-lost hero comes back with his army of robotic penguins to kill Nick’s father, any hope for peace is thrown on its head. If that wasn't all, Carter Academy and its villainous students are about to unleash a diabolical plan unlike any the world has ever seen.
And if Nick wants to save the world, his friends, and his family, he’ll have to find a way to power up unlike ever before, fight his way through not one but two secret bases, and defeat the most powerful hero on the face of the planet.
Great follow up, though too slow and too fast at the same time
Another great sequel. But as the Gaeton Harem grows it definitely seems like the story is getting a bit too busy. So much ground to cover between building new relationships and confronting the villans. It's enjoyable and it only took me a few days to finish and that's reflective of how fast the story moves even if we don't feel like much actually happened. Only so much can happen in like a month of story time.
Where do begin? I really appreciated how this book tied up everything and brought in new characters. A lot happen in this book but at the same time it made a lot of sense with the story. Really enjoyed this series and sad to know there is only one book left in this series. Really good book and the ending only made it better.
This is a fantastic series, every character is integral to weaving this incredible world and thrilling narrative. If any part of you enjoys a unique tale of superheroes dive in to this series!
I gave book 4 a five because I enjoyed reading it. But the grammar, duplicate words and word mistakes made for hard reading. This is true for books one through four. I don't expect book 5 to be different. My advice: Hire better proof readers.
The series just keeps getting better. Can't wait for the next volume. And somehow we keep learning more and more about everything and everyone going on in this book. Great storytelling great characters great fun enjoy!
Simon archer I want you to read this review and realize what a wonderful idea it would be if you did a crossover of superhero academy, forger of worlds and level up.
Great book no problems whatsoever just that this book is kind of predictable, the other books had more depth I’m sure the author will do better on the next
