Super cute story for Bane who we met in the first book of the series. As with all her stories Bane's and Kelly's love story puts a smile on your face, there's some twists and characters we met in the first book and of course being in Tarkers Hollow you just may see someone from other series. Be prepared for twists and oohh ahhing over a baby. Another must read!

This is book two in the series by Tasha Black, it features BANE, a wolf shifter and KELLY, a human.
Kelly owns and runs the bakery in Tarker's Hollow, but it's been slow since the yoga studio open right across the street. She even rented out one of her two apartments above the bakery, to bring in extra money and Bane and his nephew Ollie rents it.
Bane and his nephew Ollie are rent a apartment over Kelly's bakery, until his sisters house is sold and then he will buy a small cottage, just perfect for him and Ollie, but the more time he is around Kelly the harder it is to stay away from her, his mate. While walking up the steps, to her apartment late afternoon, Kelly falls and sprain her ankle, that's when Bane and Ollie come to her rescue, by helping in the bakery. With extra time on her hand, Kelly sits by her bedroom window and notice strange things happening in the yoga studio, a white unmarked van and a female screaming. When Kelly tries to tell Bane what she sees and hears, he doesn't believe her, he thinks it's her pain pills causing hallucinations, until one night he hears the strange scream and runs over to help. But what Bane and Kelly saw will change both of them forever.

Kelly's dream of a Bakery-book store was a reality. Now she just had to make enough to keep it going. Some unforeseen distractions were making it harder than she anticipated. Rent from the second apartment upstairs was helping. The adorable little boy and his hot dad made it even better.
Bane had his hands full with his new son who was biologically his nephew now adopted after his parents were killed in an accident. His sister charged him with the little boy's care. He loved the toddler and was becoming a good dad. He didn't really have time for women in his life. But his wolf wouldn't let him ignore Kelly--his mate. When she got hurt, wolf and man knew they had to help and protect what was theirs.
Now he just had to figure out how to explain he was a wolf shifter. Some strange happenings might just mess it all up.
Once again the author has created characters that melt my heart. Ollie is just squeezable, and daddy is hot as Kelly finds out in this steamy, sweet, love story. Make sure you look for Ollies' birthday present for Kelly!

💢 This is the second book of this daddy series, it is as just as good as book #1 if not better. But then I’m a BIG fan of Tarker’s Hollow.

Bane is raising his nephew because his sister and her husband were killed in a car crash. He couldn’t take Ollie back to the house he lived in with his parents it won’t be good for him so they moved into apartment above the cafe that where they meet Kelly. She the lady that owns the cafe/bakery/book store and the other apartment upstairs. There’s been actions between Bane and her and she so glad that Ollie has come into her life. After being hurt on the steps Bane takes over helping Kelly. But the crabby lady across the street at the yoga place. So strange things are going on over there. Kelly is worried about Whitney because she has closed her place and her clients don’t know why. So enjoy the read and see what is going on across the street and if these two get a HEA!!

What a fun book. So many cute elements that you find yourself smiling as you’re reading the book, yet in the background, there’s something mysterious going on across the street from Kelly’s bakery. Bane, a wolf shifter, who is raising his three year old nephew, Ollie, lives upstairs from the bakery, literally across the hall from Kelly, who owns her own bakery. Bane knew Kelly was his mate, but was he ready for Ollie to accept her, not to mention she’s human, and does not know about wolf shifters. This book was so fun and easy to read, and little Ollie kept the book so light, and so amusing. Along with trying to navigate a new relationship, and Kelly, being injured, and little three year old Ollie, there’s something strange happening across the street. It had a really good happily ever after, and I wish their story could go on. And mystery solved at the end of the book.

What a wonderful book which I absolutely loved and would thoroughly recommend hoping that others enjoy it as much as I did. Kelly owns and run a bakery/bookshop even though most of the books are one she owns and she also lives above her shop. Bane and his nephew Ollie,who he is the guardian of, are the tenants of the flat that Kelly has in the same building. Kelly has no idea that Bane is a wolf shifter as many others in Tarkers Hollow are as well and it is one of the town’s secrets. What happens when Bane realises that Kelly is his mate but then complications arise when Kelly hears noises coming from the Yoga Valhalla store opposite her store and she worries about Whitney the owner. Can these two people overcome the obstacles they must face and be together and what about Whitney?

OMG! I absolutely loved this, and you will, too! ... “BANE” is the 2nd fantastic, feel-good, must read story in the new PNR series, ‘Single Daddy Shifters’ & it kept me glued to my seat! ... Bane & Kelly are wonderful H/h’s as a sweet, sexy dad and a feisty woman, and all of the characters practically jump off the pages... I can always count on witty dialogue & amazing attention-to-detail with surprises that I know will keep readers hooked & turning pages like crazy! ... Even tho I always volunteer to read this author's books, it is without any outside influences, and I also buy her kindle books when I can. So I can honestly recommend this to adult fans of fiction... Now I will go back to impatiently waiting for more ;) lol

As the second book in the series, you just can't help loving little Ollie. Bane moved to Tarker's Hollow to allow Ollie a town where there were shifters. Bane is a freelance writer who rents an apartment from the Kelly, the owner of the bakery. Both Bane and Kelly live in apartments over the bakery and have close contact daily. It doesn't take long for the attraction to grow on both their sides plus Ollie is a very loveable toddler. There are a few twists and turns but their attraction turns to love. My favorite saying in the book is, of course, from little Ollie "Time for Ollie to wake up now".

Bane is a wolf shifter who is also a single dad. Kelly runs a local bakery and is also Bane's landlord. There is chemistry between Bane and Kelly but neither is sure about a relationship due to their roles as renter and landlord. When one of Ollies toys is dropped on the steps and Kelly trips and hurts herself, Bane feels responsible. Bane gets up early in the mornings to bake so Kelly's business is not jeopardized due to her injury. Kelly notices something is going on across the street at the yoga studio. A mysterious van, screaming, the yoga studio is closed and the studio owner hasn't been seen. Love this book. If you love shifters this is the book for you.

Such a sweet story. Ollie is a sweetheart and Bane is an adult version sweetie. I like Kelly too, she is smart, independent and very observant. They make a perfect family. Their discovery of mutual attraction surrounded with the mysterious happenings in Tarker's Hollow come together to make a very enjoyable and interesting paranormal love story. Great series! I received a free advance copy and am voluntarily reviewing.

Bane and Kelly story was so sweet and lovely. Tasha Black makes falling in love so easily. The characters are loveable with strength and full of life. Bane is very special 2 b a "dad" 2 his nephew cause of what happened but he doesn't have 2 b alone now doing things on his own. Even though she was hell bent on trying 2 save herbitch ofa neighbor across the street she would always protect him like he would her even if it wasn't what they thought it was by accident. Lol it was really good as usual.

As enjoyable as the first book to read, always so cute with little ones and how they have no filters LOL I literally was bawling with joy at the proposal because I was not expecting it from Ollie as well, but yeah, that got me.
This is a nice read, with a bit of mystery and lots of fun and love. I'm already working on the third book!

Such a good series!
Kelly owns a bakery and she also rents an apartment to Bane. Kelly hurts her ankle and has to rest for two weeks. Bane jumps in and helps her out. Kelly is also worried about her neighbor across the street, no one has seen her and Kelly has heard screams too. This has probably the sweetest ending I have ever read! Seriously! I almost cried!

This was a really good fated mates book. It is part of a connected set of stories about single dad shifters, but it is a stand-alone, too. I really enjoyed the interaction between the hero, heroine, and his nephew that he has adopted. There was a bit of a mystery, that turned out to be quite humorous, a sweet romance, and a great HEA!

Just loved this series. Bane is so sweet and caring. He'll do anything for the ones he loves. He gets custody of his nephew when his sister was killed in an accident. Just love sweet Ollie. Kelly is a perfect match to their family. Can't wait to read more.

I can't tell you how much I loved this book. Bane and little Ollie are absolutely adorable together and then add Kelly to the mix and I was totally in love with this couple. You can't help but route for these two to find happiness.

Loved this story. Bane is a great uncle now dad to Oliver. Oliver is the cutest little guy ever. And Kelly is perfect for the two of them. They all love to cook/bake and Kelly has a bakery/small library. They all work great together. Him being a wolf shifter is just icing on this cinnamon roll.

I have lived each of these books about the men who have stepped up and raised these children and then funds their happily ever after with the women in Farmers Hollow. No matter that they aren't a shifter each learns to love their mate.
