Another Storm

Rate this book
Jake Ames, Chief of Police in small town Crescent, Oklahoma, is a professional lawman at the ragged end of his career when a terrorist on the Homeland Security watch lists drowns in the Cimarron River a few miles from where former Kerr-McGee whistleblower Karen Silkwood mysteriously died in a one-car accident. Forty pounds of plutonium disappeared about the same time from the now-defunct nuclear fuel plant overlooking the river. Jake is reluctantly drawn into the thirty-year-old ultimate cold case that opens during a tornado and sucks the characters into a maelstrom of theft, murder, deceit, passion and terror.

A good book but with a strange ending and no sign of a sequel to complete the story. 🤷‍♀️

Not good

Didn't like this book! Wasn't finished and had a lot of typos and grammatical errors. Hopefully the author or publisher will finish the book.
