This is a poetically written book, bordering on magical realism. The author points to the realm of pure being, or enlightenment, or whatever you'd like to call it, through the lens of shamanic understanding. A small dip into Tibetan Buddhist encounters, and mention of other mystical traditions, makes the work more interesting than others in a similar vein. The term "twilight language" is borrowed from the Tibetan notion of a type of communication not limited or bound by the problems of ordinary language. The fact that she made a bridge to the realms of pure consciousness with something like shamanism is of great note. It is good also to be reminded that illnesses and addictions have energetic causes, especially for those with real healing needs. I believe this book gives great hope for humanity and its healing
