Sprung off A Kansas City Hoodlum

Will she be able to resist the insolent, but captivating force that he is? Or will she give in and find out what it means to be Sprung off a Kansas City Hoodlum?

Beretta is portrayed as jaded, hard and stubborn. I understood what happened to her brother have her like this, and she alienated her family and got out of dodge. She subjected her kids to that type life and her family has the means were selfish. She’s aggravating and I’m not a fan. She’s good with her kids but not likable. I understand she’s trying to be independent but she took this too far IMHO. She’s never grieved properly for her brother, and what she to did to Jagger was fouled and not cool. She was selfish to and vengeful with the situation with Jagger and did not think about her child. Jagger is another story with him and Bobbi and I will leave that alone. Not a fan of Jagger and Bobbi. They need to stay in their lanes.
Casimir Cas (he’s a mystery and still trying to figure him out). Now he learned that a woman scorn is crazy. He had a rough upbringing, which made him the man he is today. Cas balanced Beretta and made her more likable if that’s possible LOL. Beretta is still growing on me, but still not a fan yet.
Adrienne is very likable and what she does in the group home is remarkable. There’s a story behind Malakhi, and I have my popcorn ready for that drama to unfold.
Bishop will learn not to mess up a good thing, but these men be thinking with the wrong head. Don’t feel sorry for him one iota.
Haven he’s somewhat low keyed and we didn’t get much of him in this book, but don’t let the low key fool you because I know underneath that exterior is a savage. Hopefully, there’s not a snake in the garden with his situation.

Nah, I can’t believe this cliffhanger. This should not have gone the way that it did. It was not believable. If the Price family is on the top of the food chain then why did they leave their people unprotected. That didn’t make sense to me. Now Bishop had enough sense to put somebody on Kennedy but they didn’t have anyone on Royce? Really? I don’t like when authors conveniently ignore hard facts to make things go more with their narrative. It’s no way you’re going to convince me that this is acceptable. The ending threw everything off for me because it was so unbelievable.

Very good book!!!!!
This book was bomb frfr. From the beginning till the end. Everbody is something else. Bobbi does the absolute most ugh. I make it in time to save they lil sis. Diamond is horrible, doing all of this for somebody that don't even want her.

Things were starting to look up
So this last chapter has me shook . That’s why I waited until part two was out to read. I just knew that you were going to deliver as always and didn’t want to wait around to see what happened after the ending . Omg let me go download part two !!!!!
