This is a good overview for everyday people not looking for a career level of knowledge. The information made sense to me and I remember what I learned and can apply it well even 7.5 years later. The one thing I am not sure of? If this is actually the book I read. It looks and sounds correct, but when I went to add the book there were a lot of similar books out there...I thought it was called The Art of Massage or the Art of Self Massage and had a lot of skin on the cover.
