It certainly makes for an interesting reading. It has a few good points directed towards being present in the now, focus in the now and concentrate in the now. It also very well explains whay it is and it feels great to be grateful and have much more attention for what you have. Good book, nothing exceptional in my view.

great book,it's full of so much advice ...easy too read and more enjoyable by implementing the strategies in this book
