I know this is for kids but there are only a couple or mainly one I would really use as a substantial meal. However, for kids, which this books is more marketed for, this is really good. Very easy to understand & easy snacks they can help out with. I wish there were more meal type things rather than snacks in here though.

This book would be ideal for beginner cooks. None of the recipes really offer anything unique for experienced cooks. However, this book does contain beautifully staged photos and a nice layout.
