Just read through this, planning our spring trip down the Cali coast. Wish the "hidden" tips were more exciting or out of the way or jazzy or something but, the book covered the basic information I needed and will be a good manual to take along (well highlighted with all our favorites) as we take the great drive down the coast.

I found this gem for 50 cents at a library bookstore. Even thought it was 8 years old when we used it down Highway 1, it was a great resource. I will definitely be looking for a more recent edition next time we head down the PCH!
