A shortr reading for each day of advent (sort of like an advent calendar). It quotes some very famous authors and has some good thoughts to prepare for Christmas. However Finly gets too cutsy using words like discombulated. I think his writing gets in the way of the thought for the day. For some it may work but I think his cleaverness didn't work in this book.
