Cahira and Orion are twin monster hunters and their mentor is Senan who adopted them when they were seven years old. When they get attacked by the wither, Senan is sort of abducted by the wither and the twins start to follow the trail with the help of Senan's pet. They come across a lot of monsters near a village and kill them. They find out that the monsters were outside a girl's house named Atria. Atria tells them that she is cursed and she attracts the monsters.

Cahira and Orion ask Atria to come with them as it will be easy to find wither with her curse. They end up at the wither's nest and save Senan and Atria finds something strange about her curse.

This was a quick and funny read. I didn't expect much but I really enjoyed this.

A fun graphic novel! I read this with a 4th grade student I was tutoring, and he was engaged and interested as we read it all in one sitting. Great art, too!

Surprisingly fun little story. I don’t know all the Minecraft lingo, but my 8-year-old was in heaven.

Very cute and high energy. I never realized Minecraft wasn't only building and also had a questing/fighting component! Fun, humorous, and easy to follow, even for a Minecraft noob like me.

Grabbed this graphic novel on a whim because of the artist and it didn't disappoint.

It was a pretty good book. I dol like Graphic Novels so that is a plus. I don't really like the color coordination. That is just my opion so don't be mad at me. It is just not what I'm used to. Lets just say it is different. That is why my final rating is three stars.

This book is not good... The characters are nothing like Minecraft characters, the plot is not good, and the story over all sucks. The art is good actually the art is amazing! Whoever did the art good job. The story is their friend gets eaten by a wither and they have to save him its boring.

Funny, cute and a lot of fun, and full of great jokes and details pertaining to Minecraft mechanics and gameplay. Though even with no knowledge of Minecraft, the story works on its own! There is even a nice message about conquering your fears and getting our of your house, perhaps unwise to suggest to the diehard Minecraft fans but may as well try! Just kidding, folks.

This was a joy to read! The art was great, and I was glad to see a comic that was written and drawn by one person! I really truly enjoyed the read, with all its comedy, action, and minecraftyness. One thing is I kinda found some of the tricks used a bit lazy. Like when two characters angrily stared at eachother the artist wrote in “eye contact standoff” to elaborate what was going on. I guess when the proofreaders were reading and didn’t understand, the artist decided to do that to make the scene clear, but I would’ve preferred if it were done more by drawing not by words.

Reread, because I DIDNT REALIZE a volume 2 and 3 is out!
I’m keeping and rereading this one though, because the omnibus does not contain the BTS section at the end which I like.

Ok, I LOVE Minecraft and I LOVE graphic novels. This was the perfect combination. For the first book of the series of 3, it was pretty good! Atria's definitely my favorite, mob lure curse and all. It has a great ending that leads into the next book. I most definitely recommend the entire series.
