Set at the height of the 19th century is the journey of Eliana and Margaret, two sisters who’ve risen to become Paris' most infamous musicians, following in their late mother's footsteps and defying convention. But now they've been summoned back to England, by a father they’ve never met, a notorious rouge and gambler with his own plans for their future. It's a story of elegant ballrooms and dancing. Of struggle, betrayal, and finding love in the most unexpected moments. Where two young women must hold fast to the bonds of family and rise above their fears. Because society is cruel, unforgiving, and determined to see them fail. And with a father who’ll stop at nothing to have his way, they’ll soon be forced to take matters into their own hands. Or else risk losing all.

Good read

Enjoyed reading this book, fairly fast paced. The storyline is very different and the characters interesting. Would recommend as an easy, light read.
