18+ for language and sexual situations...

Marco “Doozer” Mancini has spent his entire life riding with an angel on one shoulder and a demon on the other, torn between his family's expectations and a loyalty to the club he swore to serve.

Underestimate Stephanie “Trouble” Palmer and it might be the last thing you ever do. She's as tough as the streets that made her but an unexpected connection with a fellow biker may just bring out her softer side.

Can the spark that ignited their passion burn bright enough to ward away the enemies closing in from all sides?

This was an enjoyable story that made you laugh and smirk and was a lot of fun. We loved the banter that went on between these characters. We loved the easiness and the chemistry between both Trouble & Doozer. Talk about hotness!
These characters had that in spades their sexcapades super hot!

We loved seeing a female patched member hold her own and who was a bit of a free spirit and one tough cookie but, what we loved most about Trouble was that she let the side go and was vulnerable with Doozer. We loved seeing that side of her.

We found Doozer to be just a sweetheart and overall nice guy. Doozer is the type of guy once he gives his heart he loves hard and fast and forever. We really loved Trouble and Doozer as a couple and no matter their obstacles we knew they would find a way to be together.

Overall we loved the story that was full of love, drama, a ton of emotion, had amazing characters that we loved resisting with, ongoing plot along with the new mystery surrounding Doozer's father. The best part overall for me was Doozer's meet up with Duke and Pearl we just loved those two characters and Duke's interactions with Doozer they were so much fun and priceless. Last but not least I am on the fence whether we like Taxi and not but, he is intriguing, and we can't wait to learn about man's secrets and more about the man himself.

To begin with I always love meeting back up with past characters. In this story it is done not as cameo appearances but as actual parts of the story, I loved the way this was done. Though all the books in this series are terrific each one gets better. This one showed so much growth in the writing. I can’t put my finger on it but there is something just plain special about this one!

The characters of Doozer and Trouble grab your heart as soon as you meet them. Their stories are both unique and complex. This stories has so many twists and turns I was afraid they’d never get their happily ever after. Foolish me Jack Davenport never disappoints his reader! I am already patiently waiting for the next book in this series!

Great story!!

This is the fifth book in this impressive series and this is Doozer and Trouble's story.
This is a well written easy to read story, with family dynamics, friendships, emotions, challenges, twists and turns, secrets, loyalty, intrigue, undeniable chemistry, and love which leads to an entertaining, and compelling addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Doozer and Troubles story. I loved to see a female MC member and there was some good banter between the characters and other MC members, at points making me LOL. But I felt like I didn't really get to know the characters. And I didn't really get their story either. I really enjoyed the other plot but even that didn't really kick on. Maybe it's because I haven't read others in the series and that would've given me the background to love this like I wanted to. It had some hot sex scenes. But for me, it was just OK.

So confused. Don't read this if you have read the others in the series. So many side characters and it took me a while to figure out what was going on. And then she left, I didn't realize she was going to leave and I hated it that's not the kind of story I was looking for, because I was so confused about the story line, it didn't make sense to me. Skimmed most of the book because I lost interest.

Trouble and Doozer were good together. It didn't seem as though their relationship was built up right. It was as though a lot of jumping from one subject to another was done. The trouble that was started with the judge was quickly solved, not enough work put in it. Overall, an ok book.

This is a story about Marco " Doozer" Mancini and Stephanie aka " Trouble ". My feeling is if you try and read this book as a standalone you will be a lost at times as you really need the background story to understand this one. When Doozer is sent to Dukes Ranch a lot of it goes back to book 1 "Minus". Other references are about things in book 4 "SweetPea". So I highly recommend you read the series in order before you read this book the last in the series, however it is insinuated at the end there are more to come.
I love this book as I have loved this whole series. They have been an interesting MC to get to know as well as "their old ladies". Trouble is different from all the other woman as she is a full patched in member. This last book is really different but then also the same as it's about the MC.

This is the book about Stephanie, aka Trouble and Doozer. We first met Trouble and Doozer in Sweet Pea’s book. This book first showed you some of their past and how they got together to better understand them. Doozer has a complicated relationship with his Dad that plays into this book some. I really enjoyed their relationship and how they were with each other. The Beast is still the underlining plot in this book and you can tell it is setting up things for books to come. You will want to smack Taxi some in this book also. Lol. But this book had extreme heat, romance, suspense and some twists. But their are some fantastic scenes with Duke & Pearl. I still love them. I do recommend this book and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I can’t wait for Taxi’s book too.

I absolutely loved this latest book in the Burning Saints MC series! Trouble is a member of the Bikers for Kids and during her travels she meets up with Doozer. He is immediately interested in her from the start but Trouble at first wants to keep him at arm's length. Doozer refuses to let go what could be the start of something special and goes after what he wants which is Trouble. She can't deny how he makes her feel and is willing to make a go out of this, but Taxi has his eye on Trouble too and wants to offer her an opportunity to make a difference in Quantico. Can they make things work with her so far away and The Beast still out making havoc for them all? Fantastic book, I was hooked from beginning to end and loved every second of it!!! I highly recommend this story to all and I can't wait for the next book by this talented author...well done!!!

This is the story of Marco “Doozer” Mancini a member of the Burning Saints, Portland Chapter, that is trying to go clean and Stephanie "Trouble" Palmer a member of Bikers for Kids. Trouble who is street-tough unexpectedly connects with Doozer and sparks start to fly. The Beast has a plan to destroy the Burning Saints. Doozer is trying to find out what his father whom he does not get along with is up to and Trouble gets an opportunity that could tear them apart. This exciting, captivating, and well-written story has twists and turns you do not see coming and some colorful and fun characters from previous stories. I am a huge fan of this author and absolutely loved this fantastic book.

First of all, I'm not keen on a woman as a patched member of a MC club. So, points lost there. There was absolutely no development of a relationship between Doozer and Trouble. They had sex and then they're in a relationship andit's a year later. Then there was an excessive number of "honeys" and "babys" and "I love yous". Just like another author with the same last name. Then they were separated and it was all about Trouble training for the FBI, which was kind of weird and it seemed like she had no loyalty to her club. The story jumped all over the place and was sometimes difficult to follow. Not enjoyable enough to read any more of this author's books.

We've seen a bit of Trouble & Doozer in earlier books, and in Doozer, we get to see the progression of their story. They have a lot going on, not only w/ their club(s) but also with Taxi and his latest recruitment effort.

I loved getting to know Steph & Marco outside of the club - altho, as we know, the club is family so even "outside" it's always with them! : )

This is a well written story w/ a good amount of steam, lots of action, twists & new developments in the Beast arc, and some adorable aquarium action. Oh! And a visit with an old friend. LOVE IT!

Hold on to your helmet. You are in for a wild ride. Doozer is packed full of suspense and Holy Moly mouth dropping moments.

Doozer is a member of the Burning Saints, Portland Chapter, a club trying to go clean. He has his eyes on Trouble, a female member of Bikers for Kids. That girl is a dramatic book with in itself.

Issues are hitting close to home. The Beast is out there causing more and more problems. The Beast has been in motion for a long time trying to take over everything. Plans are in the works to destroy Burning Saints. Doozer ends up stuck in the middle on more than one occasion. He has a family he isn't close with and a girlfriend on Taxi's radar. The tug-o-war gets intense.

I know I have said there was a lot of suspense, but there is romance as well. When I biker falls for a woman he falls hard and fast. Doozer is no exception. His only problem is falling for a female biker named Trouble.

I couldnt wait for Doozer and Trouble's story, after getting to know them a bit in Sweet Pea's book.
Trouble is one tough woman, and I enjoyed her history and the glimpses of her vulnerability with Doozer.
Doozer is patched member of the Burning Saints who is an artist at rebuilding bikes and has a very complicated history with his dad.
I loved how Trouble and Doozer's relationship develops and these two together are explosive.
There's lots of action and twists and turns as Beast is still not done with the MC.
I really enjoyed this and can't wait for Taxi's book.

I loved, loved, loved Doozer and Trouble! Doozer is gone as soon as he lays eyes on Trouble for the first time and does everything to make her see that taking the leap with him is worth it. Trouble is bada**!! She’s constantly finding herself in situations that have fingers pointing at her but she can definitely handle her own. The Burning Saints are still after Daphne and the Beast even more so now than before since they decided to mess with Doozer’s family. I’m so curious to see what transpires next with this crew!

I kinda liked that their love grew from the start, that they were equals.
While all the other MC well and truly held their own. Trouble isn’t just an old lady. She is an MC I like that, I like she holds her own. I’m excited to see what role Trouble plays in future books and I only see her growing.
I also liked seeing Minus continue to grow in this book. Also I always love seeing Duke and Pearl. I love to have another book of theirs one day. There’s lots the homestead walls could tell.

Another excellent book Mr Davenport

So I seriously fell in love all over again!!!

Somehow each new book in this series becomes my favorite.

Dozer is someone who comes off as difficult, yet he is easy to understand once you realize why he is the way he is.

Trouble is someone that hides who she is Andy what she wants as a result of her past. Little does she know a chance encounter is going to change everything!

These two put off enough heat to set everything on fire. If you like the Burning Saints, you have to read this book in the series!!

Doozer and Trouble’s romance unites a biker exiled from a wealthy family and a tough as nails female biker who hit the streets rather than stay with her mother’s handsy new husband. Both characters have been burned by family members who failed to have their best interests at heart and are trying to make their own way in the world. The story introduces the painful reminder of her military sniper father and the anxiety she feels every year at Christmas due to the memory of father’s suicide and her goal to follow in his footsteps as a sniper. Doozer has his own emotional triggers after his father disowned him
because he’s a biker who wants nothing to do with his wealthy father’s law practice. Expect loads of steamy sex scenes, appearances from characters from previous books in the series, and a suspenseful hint that ties into Darlene and the greater Beast story arc. I’m kind of fed up with having to constantly wait for a trickle of progress.

So many things going on in this one! Doozer and Trouble are definitely two of my new favorites. I loved watching them get to know each other not only via the club, but also as Marco and Stephanie. Just when everything is going good, a twist is thrown their way. New adventures, old adversaries, mending fences, letting go and holding on, revisiting an old friend and starting fresh. This story has it all, and that's not even touching on the steam rolling off the pages.

Worth the wait!

Jack Davenport gave us another great read. I so fell in love with Doozer and Trouble's story. So worth the wait. I love that Trouble is her own woman and that Doozer accepts her for who she is and is supportive of her. She is badass with a heart and her own femininity hidden for only Doozer really to see. Loved her character. Was great seeing some of my favorites. It's like coming home to family. I reccomend this book.

Doozer was one I just couldn’t fully get into. I felt like the timeline was a bit weird because we start in the past when Doozer and Trouble first meet and they pretty much fall in instalove and then it skips ahead two years so we don’t get to see any of the relationship development between the two. This also hindered fully getting to know the characters as well and the storyline itself was kind of boring. Just when it was starting to get a little interesting, it ended.

This is a great book. I love trouble and Doozer! So much love and dedication is in this book. Trouble was brought up with a rough start. She finally found her way and it brought her to Doozers club. Doozer interest was sparked from the beginning. Trouble has a once in a lifetime choice. Can she make the right call?

Choices

Doozer and Trouble almost start off on the wrong foot. They get in a rhythm then Trouble gets an opportunity that just might tear them apart. While Doozer’s father gets into trouble he may not survive. Will Doozer and Trouble make it though the change in their lives? Come take a ride.

Usually its the hot alpha biker that makes me love a book, but in this case it was the sext MC babe that I fell in love with, Trouble is my favorite character in this series hands down. I loved everything about her, from her strength and resilience to her softness and vulnerability. Really great read to start off 2021!!!

Love through obstacles

I love how all these clubs/series are intertwined and getting to revisit some of our favorite characters! I will be honest I never saw the direction that Trouble's and Doozer's characters would go! That being said they are one of my favorite couples to date!

Doozer and Trouble

This story was so much more then what I was expecting it to be. Doozer and Trouble just proved that love endures and relationships take “100%” from both sides to make it work. I enjoyed every single second of this book and I was left with a grin from ear to ear. Another fantastic addition to this already wonderful series.
