This meditation on the three archetypes of the feminine is honest, heartfelt, and stirring. Mixing memoir with mythology Marisa takes us on a voyage through ancient Celtic stories, to dismantle the patriarchal appropriations of our deepest connections to the triple goddess in all her incarnations and to show us that rather than a linear journey from Virgin to Mother to Crone. or as Marisa calls them, the Princess, the Queen, and the Wise Woman, all three are present at all stages of life. Which means that each of them are not only available for us to call upon in any time of need, we can embody them as a collective at all time tripling the strength of our true feminine Sovereignty. This is the magic and power in Marisa's vision. But rather than just sharing her words and life as a beacon to help us through the dark times, she gives us the tools to find our own words and our own connections to the feminine archetypes that resonate in our own lives - showing us the way to create our own power and magic, and inviting us to pay them forward in service of the planet and all who inhabit it. This is a book I will return to over and over again.
