An excellent advice book for every woman. I do not consider myself meek even in business, but this book gave me even more confidence on how to create the work life I want. Everything from how to tell a colleague that their perfume is too strong to how to get a promotion under various circumstances.

You will realize how many questions you should ask after reading this book. I didn't realize I had that many/should have that many! It is intended to help women empower themselves in the workplace. Your male counterpoints will see up to a half a million dollars more than you in their paychecks by age 60!!! Excuse me? What are we waiting for then? Speak up!! I am sure I will refer to this book often; it will be right on the shelf next to Hardball for Women and Ask for It.

The book has some good practical and realistic advice for situations occurring at work such as asking for a raise, how to confront messy co-workers, how to ask for less responsibility, etc.
