When children start vanishing in Sterling Meadow, Ralph and I are on the case. Just as we begin to unravel the mystery, the call I’ve feared for years finally comes—Scout is in grave danger.
As much as I don't want to admit it, the only way Scout can survive is if she and Mason leave Sterling Meadow forever. Through tears of anger and a strong will to survive, I pack their bags and, with a heavy heart, send them away.
Now, with nothing left to lose, it’s time to face the man who ruined my life. To survive my future, I’ll take you back to the day that changed everything—a day that reveals the truth, unearths devastating secrets, and forces me to confront the consequences of my choices.
Salvation is a dark, gripping urban fantasy with a touch of romance, perfect for fans of True Blood and Ilona Andrews.
I just can't get enough of this series! This is the most exciting one so far. So many decisions to make and each one will hurt someone. What to do? What to do?
This book has a few twist and turns, it starts 10 years in the past, I get we needed the history but it felt long and I just wanted to get back to currant time.I am not a fan of RH, so was disappointed when this book went that way, I get it was another twist so could not advertise.but still I felt so sorry for seb plus I think she is better suited to him and more attracted to him I felt it was leons power that pull her to him yes he is good inside but her heart wanted seb first.I guessed right with mason being dad thing was surprised at who blazes bad is.This ended two years later and set up for the daughter to take the main lead now.(I wanted to know if seb was going to be a dad?)
Yet another great read within this series… Another puzzle to solve with stuff not always adding up… The drama, the journey and the action just keep you reading… What a ride!
This story contains explicit sex scenes and should be for readers 18+.
This is a great wrap up for what I feel like is the first phase of this world. The beginning felt a little stilted to me. I guess I was expecting more development before we jumped to Mason and Scout fleeing but it happened very quickly. I got into the groove of things as the flash back progressed and understood why it was written that way.
The development of characters was great, as always. I love the resolution of Blaire's love triangle. (That went exactly as I hoped/thought it would.) Tears were shed and the ending feels very much like it's happily for now. Great series and great resolutions all around. Thank you!
