This is an amazing story that you will not be able to put down. Avalon receives some bad news from her father, in order to keep her grandfather's estate she must be married by time she is 30 which is 2 months away. Having no prospect in sight, she had accepted a dare from Corbin, Aiden's partner and best friend. From the moment she takes the dare, her journey as well as Corbin's is set in motion . The intense chemistry these two characters have will burn the pages. There is suspense, angst, drama, tragedy and so much love- this is a whirlwind affair from the first to the last page and I can't wait for the next story in this crazy group. I honestly volunteered to review an arc.

Corbin and Avalon met through their friends. He's the consummate playboy, Dom not interested in long term relationships and she's the spunky, bratty sub, successful in her own right.

Avalon's father is a nasty piece of work, handing her legal paperwork advising her she has until her thirtieth birthday to marry to keep her grandfather's inheritance or it all reverts to him. I know he's the executor of the will but it seemed very odd that he was in charge of informing her of this little clause, legally she should have been notified at the reading of the will by the attorneys.

After a dare has them playing in a BDSM club, he finds he wants more but she's heading off to Paris for work. I enjoyed watching the playboy squirm a bit until he decided to go after her and claim her as his own, even before he found out she needed to marry.

Overall an enjoyable romantic, BDSM read. with a few minor editing problems. Most of the play between the two revolved around spanking and D/s. I liked that they both had strengths and their relationship grew from their friendship. After their first kinky night they quickly move to falling in love and Corbin helping Avalon with her inheritance and dealing with a father no on deserves.

Avalon has another proposal one of marriage. Of course Corbin agrees with her wanting everything with her. I mean everything and beating her father at his games. The truths start to come out about everyone and everything. Very very ugly ones. These two support each other thru them. A huge twist comes along but I am not telling. Read and find out what it is. See how this beautiful relationship works for a strong woman to becoming a Reluctant sub. Proving how strong both are in life and love.

This story is full of secrets, lies and betrayal. Ava’s world feels like it’s crumbling around her, but in swoops Corbin, the man she’s been trying to deny she has feelings for. This tough sexy alpha has been waiting for an opportunity with Ava and a simple dare has changed the course of both their lives. Corbin’s vulnerability was refreshing. The characters were dynamic and engaging and I loved their chemistry. It was fast paced and entertaining and I enjoyed every moment.

The chemistry here is out of this world but there's so much more going on that it kept me on edge and my anticipation was on high alert. Corbin and Ava have it hot for each other but there are lies and betrayal and so much angst that it was hard to put down. As much as I hate high angst stories, this one just sucked me in.

Good Book

This was a fab story and Corbin & Ava are brilliant together and I really liked the back story for Ava.
I mean hell her Dad was the devil for what he did to his son and what he tried to do to Ava.
I do love the relationship between Corbin, Ava, Aiden, Zara and Rose it’s a great family dynamic.
On to Rose’s book now and I already know from the blurb it’s going to be good but Corbin isn’t goi g to be happy 🤣🤣

What a fantastic read Corbin man whore and dominant finds his submissive by Zara friend Ava, Ava has until 30th birthday to find husband or she loses her inheritance to her evil father and she won't let that happen Corbin falls for her at bdsm club on a dare and sparks fly he follows her to France and they hit it off and marry after she tells him what is going on and he couldn't be happier. Then the fast comes to ava and oh what a ride it's a must read I highly recommend it

Obsessed Dom

This story is pretty good with a Dom who is pretty much obsessed with his best friends wife's best friend. He ends up being the perfect answer to her problem and her perfect Dom and husband. I liked him slightly better in the club than his best friend, he was more Dominant and in charge and he seemed to know what he was doing. I really liked this story.

I have pretty mixed feelings about this book.

The erotic/romantic interactions of the two characters are great. The evolution of their relationship and their missteps are fine (although Corbin screwed up a bit too predictably a few times).

The peril situations were sort of ridiculous, from beginning to end. And Ashton's entire subplot made little sense.

But I did enjoy the book.

Not just to freaking do it 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ This book isn’t any better than the first and I won’t be continuing on with the rest. Ugh I really need to learn to have back up books for work.
