This outstanding western folklore masterpiece is even better than the first book of of the series, as Nash and his old war buddy, Felix, join together in making their investigative business an exceptionally entertaining success! Never a dull moment when these two, somewhat vigilantes, start an investigation into wrong doings!

Definitely another five stars studded western series by one of our most outstanding western Authors. Nash, and Felix, combines to create an extraordinarily camaraderie, ridding their area of the most vicious circle of western outlaws. Story starts strong and gains momentum with each new exciting adventure of these compassionately motivated seekers of justice. After their stint in the Civil War, these two close friends are united once again, and use all of their respective abilities in helping the innocent to regain control of their respective losses.
Outstanding storylines that successfully maintains anyone's desired expectations, as Nash and Felix uses whatever action is necessary to bring justice to those responsible for their injustice to do many victims. Outstanding character selections by Mr. R. O. Lane, as those responsible for their ongoing actions, once again appropriately carried out their assigned duties, whether the good guys or the bad guys!
Definitely recommend this compassionately motivated story to everyone, as even you non-western readers will certainly enjoy following Nash, Felix and crew will certainly appease your most demanding appetite for righting all wrongs. I am looking forward to the next exciting adventure in this compelling western series, as of you who read the previous two, will definitely be looking forward to!
Happy trails, and enjoy these superb rendition of realistic old western folklore adventures!!!😄

😖DEADER`N THAN A SCALPED SKUNK

Well everyone, our famous western detective has gotten married to sweet Ada, who is now Mrs. Ada Cline😘. His partner Felix Wasson are making a name for themselves around the Denver area and beyond.
Nash could choose and pick the cases he and Felix would work. That's how good business was for the duo. His cases include rescuing a little five year old from a bunch marauding Arapaho braves. During these times Native Americans were still attacking ranches and lone riders.
Looking forward to Nash Cline Book 3, it's worth it to all you western readers. It's the beginning of modern day private detective besides the Pinkerton Detective Agency, there's Nash Cline, Private Detective Agency..way to go Nash Cline..

What's not to like?

Its a western! The good guys win! The bad guys don't give themselves a raise and hide in Washington!
I just read both books again. In this Covid / election mess of a year, I needed some escape and Nash is a peach of a kid.
Besides the adventure, I appreciate the historical info. I frequently interrupt my reading to fact check and am.pleased to see the accuracy.
Halfway through I realized Nash's character reminds me of our grandson, who despite the politics of his military life, manages to slide by some of the ridiculousness and gets the job done.
Yep! We are in desperate need of some heroes!
Nash Cline is one of them . Also check out Milo's War; you'll miss another heroes tale if you don't.

An ROL. Colorado/Utah/Idaho/Montana/Wyoming/Colorado Western Action Adventure (NCB - 2)

ROL. has penned a Colorado/Utah/ Montana/Wyoming/Colorado western action adventure titled "Nash Cline, Book 2" which begins two detectives searching for a kidnapped boy by Indians. Then they have to travel to find stolen horses. After returning there is a wedding. The next case takes them through Utah into Montana where they have chased a Montana Vigilante for killing a woman. They encounter more than Vigilantes, Indians, as they transversed Wyoming returning to their home in Colorado. This is an excellent read for the genre.....DEHS

Nash Cline, Book 2

Nash and Felix are at it again, doing the jobs that no one else will touch, and doing them well. Nash chooses the jobs that nobody else will do. He has something that most people do not have, honor and courage and he cares about the innocent people that have no one else to turn to. When the sheriff won't help, and the Army won't help, Nash Cline Detective Agency will. For those of us who enjoy a true old fashioned western, this is it! Just set back and enjoy!!! 👏BRAVO 👏BRAVO 👏 I HOPE more of Nash Cline is in the works, I like the way that man thinks!!!

Excellent story that rings true about the Old West

This is not the only story by Mr Lane that I have enjoyed. The characters and story felt as if I was reading a story about a couple of my friends. I felt as if it was more of a story about two good friends and how they managed to start their lives, both personal and professional after the war. His other books were equally enjoyable.

Montana vigilantes.

Mister lane puts a lot of work into his books. I live in Montana and he described the area perfectly! Im glad he takes the time to study the geology. I dislike reading books that have not been edited. Lane's books are well written without any editing mistakes. I just wish he could write faster ( I try to read a new book daily). He is one of my favorite authors. (In the top four). Keep up the excellent work!!

Nash Cline Book 2

I’d say that Nash Cline has become a successful Detective and with his war buddy, Felix they have done well in the business adventure. With Nash married to Ada (she’s the young lady he rescued from Indians that raided the stage coach and made off with her in book 1) and having successfully rescued another child, Nash’s reputation as a Western who gets the job done right, is in high demand.

Nash Cline, Book 2 by R.O.. Lane is a great book. I was disappointed when it ended because I wanted to keep on reading. It's full of gunfights with outlaws and Indians. Everything that I love!

Lane doesn't disappoint

A worthy sequel to Book 1 of the same name. I particularly enjoy the further development of supporting characters. Lane does this with finesse, working long standing relationships into current revival.

Not a bad read.

The book wasn't bad but the conversations between the characters was shallow and somewhat corny. Also, not a lot of description as to their surroundings. But, all in all, an enjoyable read.
