What a beautifully written book! Most of us think about self care as drinking enough water or getting in a spa day from time to time. Self care is so much more! I like to think of this book as one to set by your bedside and read a section or two as a reminder of things to do for self care.

I was really excited to read this book but ended up a bit disappointed. I thought that the author had some good points and suggestions but each topic that she covered was only one page long. There were some resources listed but I felt it was just too short in places to be very helpful.
