Quick, handy, and applicable. As a recruiter, this echoed a lot of the things I tell my friends and candidates. For people looking to begin writing or redoing their resume, this is a great place to start. You'll understand what hiring managers and recruiters are looking for, how to write about and talk about yourself, how to navigate talent application systems and the importance of keywords. Even if you just apply one thing from this, you'll likely have a leg up on the competition.
This book was tremendously helpful in understanding the semantics, psychology, and marketing techniques that make a successful resume. I realized, to my chagrin, how much I was still doing wrong when drafting a resume - even 15 years into the workforce. Humbling and illuminating, a wonderful resume guide.

Also provides templates for different industries. Worth the price.

I would not have figured this stuff out on my own. Great tips for getting your resume through the gauntlet of sorting and weeding and in front of the ultimate decision-maker.
