ONE TUMULTUOUS WHIRLWIND!!!
Exceptional! Aurora blazes through ratcheting up the heat and flames, rushing forward on golden wings, riding the whipping winds, pushing this little gem into the eye of the storm, blasting it into a tailspin with a stunning culmination. A raging tempest of daunting circumstances and surprising events, takes you on one emotional rollercoaster ride. Add distress, misery, turmoil, perplexing situations and undercurrents along with a boatload of trouble while dodging calamitous mistakes and faulty decisions, makes for one thrilling ride. Meting out incredible, well rounded scenario's that punch dead center with such exuberance and style, grounding in it's strength and awe inspiring in it's depth. Bridging the trials and tribulations, along with a slew of shocking twists and unexpected turns, tempting our characters in ways they could have never anticipated. The characters are authentic and original with qualities and traits that transforms into amazing personalities. The scenes are strikingly sharp with abundant details and colorful descriptions so rich and lively, they blend and flow smoothly. Remarkable job Aurora, thanks for sharing this little guy with us.

Tilly Jean and her sister Mary Beth are close. Mary Beth trades love letters with Robert, she loves him but she is younger then her sister. Their father is strict and feels that Tilly Jean should get married. No one really wants to court her. She is trying to get a group of women together to have a group that is independent. She feels that they should know about financial matters, most men scoff at this idea.

Jackson and his best friend Matthew were accused of doing wrong but were found innocent. Matthews father has turned away from him.

Tilly Jean is told she will be married to Robert. Her sister is crushed and Tilly Jean is upset she doesn’t know him. She doesn’t love him nor want to wed him.
She goes on a walk and meets a man named Jackson. They talk and she leaves without giving him her name.
He meets her the next day and introduced his self. He finds out that she is to wed Robert, but he proposed that he wed her. Tilly Jean says she will think about it.

There are many twists and turns. Her father is a difficult person to deal with but in the end I believe that everything will work out.

Great story, I enjoyed reading this book.

Those of us who are regular Aurora Hanson readers are getting spoiled as we automatically expect great characters who are always well developed in the great stories! This one is no exception! It is a great story one that you feel sorry for the heroine, being forced by her father into a marriage she doesn't want. It is filled with action, intrigue, drama, and a bit of romance! A great story and should come with a warning, be prepared to read cover to cover as you will not want to put it down!!!

A Lesson in Parenting

Jefferson was a hard nosed father who ruled with an iron fist. Because of this he disowned his son and caused tremendous heartache for the rest of the family. He arranged a marriage for his oldest daughter,Tully Jean, to Robert. Tilly Jean's sister, Mary Beth was in love with Robert and he with her. Tilly Jean met Jackson and he offered to marry her to solve the problem, but Jefferson didn't approve. This brought about many problems and adventures. This was a wonderful story showing the problems an overbearing parents can cause. A great read.

Taming her Wild Heart

I received an ARC of this book from the author, Aurora Hanson, and this is my voluntary and honest review. I enjoyed this book about Tilly Jean and her romance with Jackson who loved her in spite of her adventurous spirit. I loved the way she was able to help her family overcome the bad feelings they had for each other and even helped save their farm. If you like a book full of adventure then this is the book for you. I highly recommend it.

Great Read

This was a great book of love and forgiveness. Tilly Jean submits to her father to an arranged marriage even though she has an independent spirit. Tilly meets Jackson West on the road and pours out her dilemma to him with tears. He finds her beautiful and offers her an out of her trapped marriage promise. Through hard circumstances her father gives into her marriage to Jackson. 4 1/2 stars.

Tilly Jean Stafford's family ranch is suffering. Her father feels he has no choice but to set up an arranged marriage for Tilly to help ease the burden on the family finances. Tilly isn't happy with the arrangement because her betrothed is a man her sister is in love with. Tilly storms out of her families ranch and goes on a walk where she meets a neighboring ranch hand Jackson West. This is a wonderful romance that starts as friends and has some bumps in the road along the way!

An overbearing father could wreck his daughter's lives!
Very good story about a young woman who really does not want to marry someone unknown and her sister that is in love with the man who their father wants for Tillie. The girl’s father is a stubborn man you kind of wish you could hit over the head what he wants will make no one happy. The characters are as always well-written and this was an interesting storyline. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

Family authority deters to the man in this drama.

Tilt Jean and Jackson are destined to right the wrongs that have strained her family for years. Buy just as things are their most blissful, it all blows apart and spells doom for the whole family. I felt that, just when the most action packed parts came about, it was all a little to tidy. Loose parts could be more discriptive to show Tilly Jean's dangerous determination. Captivating story none the less.

Amazing story

This is an amazing story about a young girl who’s father is all about what others think about him. He is a small time farmer in a small town. Things are not going well for him financially so he takes it upon himself to marry off his older daughter without saying anything to her first. The man he picks for her is her younger sisters boy friend,

Good hWholesome book

I loved the story line and the unexpected turns. The characters were wholesome and believable. I loved the quirky characters and the behavior of the sisters. The loved and fought like sisters do. I liked the protectiveness of the father but being able to forgive in the end. I would read this again.

Taming her Wild Heart

This story reminded me of a father who finally welcomed his son back home. I was annoyed at the father though he thought the worst of his son. He was marrying his daughter away. It was one less mouth to feed. Oh well, it all worked out in the end. Except Matthew, he didn't find a bride.

An adventure and just rewards

It was an incredible adventure to see just how desperation and then pride can factor in decisions. I found it also incredible at the amount of women’s rights and power were asserted here, the right to be an equal.

A very interesting western romance with lots of action. Well written. Only con--extended epilogue. Don't like having to download text on my computer in order to read what could have easily been included in book itself.

Western romance

The story line was good. I didn't care for the writing style so much. It was a bit fake feeling in the conversations and thoughts they did not feel genuine at real.

Taming her wild heart

A beautiful clean historical western romance. Lots of feelings, emotions, confrontations, trials and tribulations, but above all, love. Strong characters that gave their all to bring happiness and joy. A must read.

Very Interesting

All-in-all this was a very interesting, clean story. I love all the characters, especially the main character who proved to be very strong and didn't give up easily. I highly recommend this story to those who have fallen in love with reading.

OK Read - more coming of age than romance

This plot was slow with a lot of internal dialog for the main characters. You do eventually get to the HEA but at times it felt grueling getting there. The h was 22 yet the internal dialog was more like a very young teenager.

Good

While I enjoyed the story I was a little disappointed, I found many of the scenarios were unimaginable and somewhat repetitive.
