2.4 is the star rating average of the 3 books.
And truthfully, I was nice on the ratings of the 3.
Mostly boring.
Sex scenes are mediocre at best. Remove just a few graphic words and you would have 3 badly written YA romance books.
Tons of editing errors in all 3 books.
Very little (next to none) character development.
You never feel connected to them nor the story.
The 2nd book was the best.
And that really isn't saying much.
I'm very surprised at the high ratings she has on the 3 & there is only one way they could have gotten such high ratings.
While all 3 had Some potential, none of them came close to achieving their goal.
I have one or two more of this authors books.
Most likely they will go on my Rejected shelves.
If this is a taste of her writing, why bother.

I have previously read and reviewed the books in this collection. Wonderful fast-paced novellas that are quick and easy to read.
Something Beautiful
This is a really good instalove military romance, it a really quick little novella that is highly entertaining and incredibly sweet and steamy. Carter and Natalie are wonderful likable characters. I can't wait to read Ben's and Cory's stories.
Something Obsessive
This is the second book in the Her Protector series, it can be read as a standalone story.
Ben and Bella meet when Ben starts as her bodyguard, soon she gets a stalker and Ben starts to guard her closer. Their chemistry is sizzling hot and instantaneous. I really enjoyed this fast-paced steamy novella, the characters are incredibly likable. Really good.

Can Cory find his runaway bride and convince her to take a chance on them? Fast-paced story, quick to read. A wonderful bit of light hearted reading.
