Like the story so far and was excited to see this was out, but honestly it needs a complete re write, I remember some small translation issues in the previous books, but this was nigh unreadable, sometimes a whole paragraph saying the same thing repeatedly with the words switched around, several inconsistencies in the storyline, calling someone him and her in the same sentence, overall a total mess that made it really hard to actually understand what was supposed to be going on. The story itself was really short, could have been a third as long to given the same information, basically Rocky competes in a military training exercise, works on his beast taming and curing skills, and goes out to capture another beast. That's the whole book those three events, like the story and series but this seriously needs to be re done.
Rocky is lucky and smart. Ok some of the premise of the series is silly, but it did make for an enjoyable read. Rocky is a regular MacGyver (and a bit Mary Sue). The beast taming adds another dimension to the fun.
If you’ve made it this far, you know what’s up. I enjoy it, 2600+ chapters are translated so far for this series, can’t wait to catch up to the translations. Nothing ground breaking or original, but it’s good fun.
Last four books end with cliffhangers which no big deal with kindle unlimited. Was worried about when I get fought up with series, but found out over a dozen more books to go
Pretty good reincarnation novel. Reasonably likable characters. Only one excessively contrived plot section, and it’s obviously because the author couldn’t figure out how to reset the progression otherwise.
