This was a hard read, for obvious reasons. I had to do it in ten page chunks daily.
Lots of numbers, lots of names, lots of personal accounts of the atrocities committed. Hangings, shootings, greed, hatred. The world failed these people.
The work itself is strictly nonfiction though surprisingly readable. Recommended to anyone trying to gain an academic understanding of what happened at one of the Nazis’ lesser known extermination camps.
