His nose tells no lies. This delicious smell can only be from his fated mate. Only Sawyer is ambitious and has a dental clinic to open, no time to settle down. His love left him for a fated mate, he’s deeply hurt and that’s another reason to hold relationships off.
When he meets the beautiful teacher and artist Troy, his wolf has other ideas.
Finding your fated mate isn’t always simple. Troy is human and doesn’t feel the pull of a string from a fated mate. He’s carrying a baby and the father is unknown. Troy hasn’t had an easy life, he’s lonely and thinks Sawyer is a very attractive man.
It’s getting more complicated when the rude, gross father of Troy’s unborn child wants to claim what he thinks is his.
Thankfully his Oceanside pack alpha makes wise decisions.
Feelings all over here, love, jealousy, hurt. I truly enjoyed and loved this story. I love fated mates, scents, packs, and strong yearning.

I liked Troy way more than I did Sawyer in this relationship. Growing up as a shifter, I just don’t understand why he took his previous boyfriend leaving him for his fated mate so hard. He had to know it was a possibility at some point. Frankly after some of his actions, I’m surprised Troy gave him another chance. Still, overall I enjoyed it.

Liam Kingsley has once again brought another fantastic book in the Timberwood Cove series. The handsome wolf shifter dentist Sawyer is visiting his best friend Dean and his mate Rick at the hospital after the birth of their son Christian when he notices a smell he can’t resist. He learns that his fated mate had just been in the room. But Sawyer didn’t want a fated mate, he was happy being single after the devastating loss of his chosen mate who found his fated mate while on a business trip and left him in an instant and he was still deeply hurt by that.
Troy is human and an omega, he has just found out he is pregnant to a one night stand and has no idea of the father’s name. He tells his best friend Rick he is pregnant and knowing that Sawyer is his fated mate, Rick and his mate Dean try to set Troy and Sawyer up with a dinner party, when a sudden bout of nausea gives away Troy’s condition, Sawyer leaves the dinner early.
Both men have a lot of issues to deal with and there are struggles with the pregnancy and discovering the father of the baby is also a wolf shifter who had broken the shifter code, the whole story changes and develops in a way that you can’t help feel for these wonderful characters.

I have enjoyed every one of the the previous books in this series so I expected to enjoy this one. I was not disappointed. I enjoy the fated mate trope in shifter stories as well as a story where one of the fated mates has sworn off love and relationships for good. I enjoy seeing how the author will make a character break that resolution. Here, I found the complication of Sawyer's mate being pregnant by another shifter an interesting one. Seeing Sawyer learn to deal with that and the fact that the father was suddenly back in the picture added just the right amount of angst to what has tended to be a lower angst series. That is why I enjoy it so much. The main characters must struggle to be together and there are always misunderstandings, fears of the unknown and broken hearts to be mended but there is none of the deep, dark heartbreaking angst of some series. You know your guys will get their happy ever after and you also know in this series you will get a nice set up for the subsequent book. Will continue to read this series for as long as it lasts and that is saying something for me considering that we are now up to number nine and I am still interested in learning more about all the characters old and new. In that sense, it reminds me of Charlotte MacLeod's two mystery series about Peter Shandy and Sarah Kelling. They were cosy series where I loved all the characters and would follow them wherever they went. Same here, I kind of think of this series as my cosy mpreg shifter series.

Mending a Broken Heart
How can you begin a new relationship when your last one left you shattered and distrustful? It's a lot easier to focus on your career & random hookups that way you can ensure your heart is not broken again. Though when that special mate scent hits him it is such a sweet shock to his system. But with an Alpha's strength he was determined not to get into a relationship that could end up destroying him this time.
But Fate would not be denied. She was determined to have her way. A Human in need of a lot of emotional support and understanding, but who had no idea he had a fated mate was perfect for this Alpha. Even if he couldn't always control his Wolf the Alpha didn't have to worry about the Human realizing they were fated to be together.
The strong mutual attraction was very bonding between the two of them. They're best friends were best friends & they had other things in common. This was a slow build of magnetic attraction which kept pulling them together. They both had broken pieces in the past and their current lives. Hurt was just underneath the surface, but they had a tendency to calm and comfort each other. This drew them even closer.
But a pregnant Human Omega has to have a Baby Daddy out there somewhere. A ticking time bomb or landmine that was out there. What happens when that bomb goes off? How catastrophic would it be? Who all will be hit by the shrapnel?
I really enjoyed this book and read it quickly & eagerly.

A enjoyable, heartwarming Mpreg shifter romance with a well-written, intriguing plot that has with some interesting situations. There are some character crossovers from previous books in the series but this book can be read as a standalone. The characters are complex individual who go through a unusual courtship but continue to develop throughout the story-line to become an emotional-strong couple. There is good support from the secondary characters.
There is: a alpha wolf shifter (Sawyer Reid) with some heartbreaking memories finally comes across his fated mate (a human omega, Troy Holiday) only to discover that he is pregnant from another wolf shifter (Jun), some twists, intrigue, drama, secrets, wolf shifters, humans, memories, longings, discovery, fated mates, complications, denial, well-meaning manipulations, discovery, confrontations, explanations, anger, disagreements, reconnection, anticipations, a unpleasant surprise, misunderstandings, threats, conflict, decisions, heartache, apologies, a claiming, love, steamy scenes, contentment & a happy conclusion for this couple with a very intriguing ending.

I have been waiting for this one ever since I read Detective Daddy yah Sawyer gets his story. Sawyer and Alpha Male shifter has already dealt with loss the omega he loved left him when he found his mate now hes sworn off love and the chance of a mate doesn't even really want to try again but when he walks into the hospital room of his pack Alpha and his Mate he smells something wonderful it's his mate but its complicated he doesn't want to do complicated but his wolf won't let him walk away pretty soon he's willing to do what he has to to convince his mate that hes not a monster because of his shifter abilities and he loves him but his Mates babby daddy walks back into the picture let the drama begin.
Troy my one night stand has went terribly wrong and I don't even know the half of it I'm carrying a baby wolf shifter I'm a teacher how am I going to make this work as a single dad and now theres someone new interested in me Sawyer I want him but I'm afraid and when Jun comes back it could distroy everything with Sawyer.

Sawyer is not looking for his fated mate when he catches his mates smell. Sawyer is an alpha wolf. Troy is an omega human that does not know about the shifter wolves that live in the area. Troy always wanted a family so that he would feel loved. Troy finds out he is pregnant. Sawyer goes to dinner and find out Troy is pregnant and runs out. Troy and Sawyer are fated mates and Sawyer needs to find a way to tell Troy he is a wolf. Sawyer takes Troy out to dinner and Troy sees the guy who got him pregnant. Sawyer takes Troy out of the restaurant and goes to Dean and Ricks house to talk with Dean the head Alpha. Sawyer tells Troy about being a wolf shifter and that Troy is caring a wolf shifter baby. There is some fighting and feeling are hurt. Will Troy come to terms with his pregnancy? How does Troy feel about being a father to a shifter baby? Will Troy be a good Father? Will Sawyer find his happiness with Troy and the baby?

Alpha wolf shifter Sawyer is still reeling from a broken heart when - to his surprise - he discovers his fated mate, Troy. That Troy is a strong human omega who knows not of the shifter world and is accidentally pregnant by another shifter only complicates their tentative courtship, and the ramifications provide a fair amount of angst throughout the story.
Narrator Thomas Hart delivers a solid performance, with voices ranging from soft and sensitive to deep and commanding. It did seem like Troy and Sawyer's voices should've been swapped, but they were distinct, nonetheless.
This book includes many standard "shifter story" elements - alpha/omega relationships, mpreg, knotting, fated mates, claiming, and pack dynamics - and it may be worth noting that the "Daddy" here has everything to do with mpreg rather than Daddy kink.
Despite jumping into this series with Book 9, I didn't have any issues following along. I received this free review copy audio book by request and have left this honest review voluntarily.

This is one story you dont want to miss, its engaging and also you dont want to put down because you want to know what is going to happen next.
Sawyer: visits the hospital and smells Troy but Dosnt really want to meet him, knowing that he is his fated mate. And if he stays away then maybe he can just ignore things.But his wolf has other ideas and wants to see and be near his mate.
Troy, a human had a night out and now finds himself pregant, the only thing with been pregant is that no one wants him. Till he mets Sawyer, bit by bit Sawyer wins him over, they are just in a nice place when shyte hits the fan not only does he see the man who got him pregant but he learns who and what Sawyer and his best friend are! And past issues also come to light...Can they survive this

I love this book, and couldn't put it down. I can't get enough of these wonderful characters. With each book, in this series, we get to see a little more of these two amazing packs. This is definitely a series to enjoy again and again.

A sweet fated romance between an alpha shifter and his human omega. Who would have thought that a random thoughtless hookup could lead to so many problems down the road. Troy learns he is pregnant after hooking up with a random alpha. He didn't expect to be attracted to another alpha male so soon after. Sawyer knew Troy was his fated mate once they met but he doesn't want to deal with committed relationships after getting burned before. These two decided to give their relationship a try and drama ensues. After the ups and downs, trust issues and lack of communication was worked out, they finally got their HEA. I love how the author sets up the story for the next book in the series. Can't wait to read.

After a devastating heartbreak Sawyer has avoided relationships and now, one whiff of his fated mate sends him into a panic. Troy has shockingly found out he is pregnant with no idea who the other father is. Neither man has dealt with past issues in the best way and that has left them emotionally unready for this new situation. Slowly they get to know each other but as well as having past issues, they have a couple twists sent their way to mess things up.
This is a well written story with a bunch of really great characters that are likeable and fully developed. The storyline is entertaining and emotionally packed with some angst, drama, a bit of violence, plenty of steam, and in the end, a genuine love and a satisfying HEA.

Generous caring is sexy hot! Sawyer, reflecting on his life and the fact that his friends were finding their fated mates. He thought of his Omega, Keenan, found his fated and abruptly dumped him without a second thought for the life they had built. Troy, teacher, human Omega got pregnant by an Alpha who claimed he was infertile. Sawyer, scented his mate, but was not ready to commit. Or not ready, yet. Or, just going to think about it. Troy needed to decide what to do with the rest of his life with a baby and didn't have time for entanglements. Or, not yet. Or, maybe he can consider it, not! Fantasticly romantic story! This is the exciting story of Troy and Sawyer. Troy is feeling alone and left behind now that his best friend has found his mate and just had a baby especially this time of year, the anniversary of his father's death. And now to make things worse, he just found out one of his directions left him pregnant and alone. Sawyer visits his best friend's new born cub only to be assaulted and surprised to smell his fated mate. But he's still hurting from his past and swore to never fall for anyone ever again. Can he live by ignoring and not claiming his fated mate? The characters are intense, determined and emotionally driven. The storyline is suspenseful, filled with ups and downs, and lots of emotions and passion. Great read and I can't wait for the next story!

3.5 stars for MM omega-verse
This was my first read from this author and it was good. I stumbled upon it when searching for something form MM romance. It is standalone, but also it is part of series. As a standalone, I did not have problems to follow the main characters; but as part of series, I had some problems to fully understand the whole omega world.
Main characters were likable and nice, but I wanted a bit more of alpha-ness in Sawyer. You can feel that is part of series because of side characters; they know each other and have connection. Also the end introduces us to the new couple; so looking forward now to the next in series.

Main characters were likable and nice, but I wanted a bit more of alpha-ness in Sawyer. You can feel that is part of series because of side characters; they know each other and have connection. Also the end introduces us to the new couple; so looking forward now to the next in series.

Fall in love with another pair of fates mates in this amazing love story. Sawyer doesn’t want to meet his fated mate because if he can keep him at arms length he can’t keep from another heartbreak. Troy is human so he doesn’t know about fated mates. But will have to figure it out when he finds out that his baby will be a shifter because the man he had a one night stand with knowingly impregnated him with his shifter baby. This book was and epic story about Finding love when you least want or expect it. It’s about learning to love again after heartbreak and it’s about redemption. You will love this book right from the start I know I did. Amazing

The Timberwoods Cove series keeps getting better with each new book. Liam has a magical way of bringing the characters to life as you turn the page and wanting more at the end.
Years later, Sawyer is dealing his love leaving him for his fate mate. Pain and his insecurities has caused trust and moving on hard.
Troy growing trust issue comes from all the secrets kept from him from his best friend and mate regarding shifter. Once they forced to face their pain, their love and happiness is unlimited.
I have to say Jun is my least favorite character in all the books I have read in this series. There are no nice words to say about him and he got what he deserved.

Great addition to the series.
Sawyer thought he had found his true love, only to be left behind when his partner found his fate mate.
As a result, he's shut himself off to the possibility of of love.
When he finds his fate mate, Sawyer practically runs in the opposite direction.
He wants nothing to do with romance and fated mates.
Troy, for his part has his own insecurities to deal with along with the reality of single fatherhood.
He's also human and knows nothing about fated mates, which poses a problem for Sawyer.
These men had their fair share of drama, mainly caused by a lack of communication.
I loved that Troy didn't put up with anything from Sawyer and constantly put him in his place.

The love of Sawyer’s life left him when he found his fated mate, leaving Sawyer hurt and denying he ever believed in mates who were fated. Then he catches the scent of the person who is fated to be his, Troy and he is human. Troy is pregnant from a one night stand and has no desire to get to know Sawyer. As with most romances, they do have a HEA but a lot happens first. This is a fairly short story that I would recommend to be a great read. There is a cliffhanger at the very end that leads to the next couple who are fated to be together.

As a human Troy does not feel the bond, so Sawyer thinks of ignoring fate, until his wolf steps in.
A lovely story, with lots of angst on both sides, but also commitment and standing by his mate, when he needs him the most.

This is book nine o the Timberwood Cove series and it is absolutely amazing addition. Alpha Sawyer was hurt in the past and has sworn off love. Then he catches it. The scent. The scent that drives his inner wolf crazy. The scent of his fated mate. The scent of omega Troy. The scent of pregnant omega Troy. So yeah complications. But these complications help make this book one heck of a great read. I most definitely recommend this book, this series, and this author.

Who is Sawyer? Where is he and what time of the year is it? Who and what is Troy Holiday? Oh, Troy is a surprise! So many unexpected things happen in this story! We see Mason, Jun, Izzy, River, Dean, Rick and more! The threads that connect these people/shifters together is intense. What causes some of the folks to come to blows and almost ruins a fated mate pairing? The ending was unexpected, but well and truly leads us into the next book! Wow!

Still loving this series! Now it's Sawyer and Troy's story and how they fit together as fated mates. Troy is somewhat of a one night stand, daddy issues kind of guy until he winds up with child. Sawyer is still remembering the pain of being dumped by the one he wanted to spend his life with. Enter fate and you have a interesting story about budding love and insecure love. Throw in an alpha that wants to start trouble and that' leads to doubts and confused hearts. This is a great addition and you will do well to pick up a copy!

This is the ninth book in this series. This is the story of Sawyer and Troy. Sawyer is a alpha male who is trying to get over losing his omega to another alpha. Troy is pregnant with someone else baby. These two have a connection and decided to give their relationship a try. After their ups and downs, trust issues and lack of communication, they finally got their happy ending. Looking forward to the next book in this series.
