You can arrest me, slander me, put a gun to my head. But I’ll find your secrets and make you wish you were dead.
The bullies have gone to far, and now it’s time to fight back.
This time, I’m not alone. With Maxwell, Kendrick, and Orlando on my side. Together, we will ruin their reputations and take revenge.
Cruel Shame is a reverse harem high school bully romance and the final book of the Templar Academy trilogy. It contains cursing, dark themes, and sexual situations.
This was a good series but honestly it should have been a little longer. The last book deffinetly felt rushed and never explained if things worked out between Kendrick more or not just that they were her boyfriends. Needed more added to it.
Unfortunately, this was extremely underwhelming. It felt too rushed and the romances didn’t really develop enough for me to have fully enjoyed the story.
Really enjoyed this third installment of the Knights of Templar Academy. Sofia Daniel kept the story going through three books with so many twists and turns and sub plots and backstabbing and psychopaths ... it didn't stop right up until the very end. Really enjoyed the character development for the FMC and her ongoing relationship with the Knights. Highly recommend this as a slightly different bully / academy series which is kinda refreshing. Solid 5 stars for the entire series. Won't disappoint. Add to your TBR for this year!
This series appears to have everything dark secrets, sassy badass heroine, hot sexy smart mouth bully boys and villain that is psychopath. This story has me hooked figuring out all mysteries and secrets there are to uncover. This book gave us a for filling end and shed light on all the secrets and mysteries.
Loved this series... but this last book felt rushed at the end. Really felt that it could have gone for another book or two. Left wondering about their how their relationships were developing. Felt kinda let down about that.
The writer brought to life a world of scandal, love, friendship, and so much more. From book one to the end of book 3, there was never a dull moment making you want to put the book down. Everything was written to keep you in suspension for every character involved.
WOW!! I'M SPEECHLESS!! Where do I even start? This finale blew me away! I had my suspicions about a few things but HOLY COW! It was so so much more. The suspense was so intense my heart was about to beat out of my chest. Lol. When the secrets started to be revealed I was just sitting here with my mouth hanging open trying to wrap my brain around what I was reading. I absolutely loved Lilah's one on one time with each of the guys. Orlando, Maxwell and Kendrick were all so different but their love for Lilah was all equally as strong, then add in Gideon and his love for her though a different kind of love it was just as strong. It was so heartwarming whenever the fabulous five were together. At times my heart was breaking for Mr. Burgh and left me with tears running down my face. Sofia's writing style is so descriptive it was watching a movie. The sex scenes are set your crotch on fire smokin hot! I Abso-freakin-lutely Loved, Loved, Loved this trilogy! And that ending was perfect. I never wanted it to end. Now I'm gonna re-read it because I had to read through it so fast so I could find out what was gonna happen next. Lol. I'm hoping Gideon will get a book. Hint hint Sofia. Lol. I EXTREMELY RECOMMEND THIS TRILOGY TO EVERYONE! Needless to say Sofia Daniel just became one of my favorite Authors.
I liked this story a lot, in fact it probably deserves 6 out of 5. The book was well written, the story moved at an even pace, the female main character was badass and relatable; fantastic, cannot say it enough. The main male characters however were overall lukewarm. There were moments of brilliance but in the main l feel that the romance was missing and it was just booty call business. Maybe it was designed that way but if a heroine is going to go through he'll at the hands of the male/s then only deep love can cause redemption . The whole point of the book should be redemption. The men were totally overshadowed by Lilah. I choose a romance book because I want want romance. Nice story though.
Wow what a series, I was hooked instantly, the main female character is not you usual quiet victim, she was strong, it made a nice change, the story it’s self is fab, it’s twists and turns have you hooked, however while I loved the male trio it ended in clouded mystery, I feel the end was not well thought out at all, we go from a dramatic end scene to 18months later, no gaps or questions was filled or answered?? Will they be a book 4?? Who does she choose? Does Kendrick finally pull his head out?? What happens to her future???? Please bring some closure i loved the books plot and story but I can’t give 5* review with such a confusing ending,
Not a bad story at all. Only regret is that we didn't get to see anything between her and Kendricks not even him losing his virginity but yet she is his gf too. Between was really blan. We missed to much in those 18 months. Is he still a virgin waiting for marriage or not. Because you can't marry 3 people tech. But other than that everything was really good I wish things would of worked out with her and her mother but I guess to a small point I understand what her mother has been through. Still being married to that butthead is terrible. Please enjoy this series as much as I did...
This series started off good but I thought it was going to be more about gangs and her hiding from her ex. There was one scene in book 2 I believe and that was it? It is more about the school and uncovering truths. But I figured it out right away. It wasn’t that big a mystery and when they finally said it in this last book. I was like duh.. no big twist there. I liked the characters. It just didn’t feel like a true reverse harem to me. Their relationships needed more development. Especially with Kendrick. Lilah seemed more into Max than the rest. Good potential just a bit underwhelming. All of it.
So, I’ll be honest, this book was probably the worst of the three. The ending was rushed. There was no true development of the harem (she sort of had three boyfriends by the end). To be honest, I feel like the author just decided she was done writing the story, so she finished it as quickly as possible.
I’m sorry to say that this series was a waste of my time and I can’t recommend it to anyone.
So, I loved the first two books and was really into the third until the end. It just seemed kind of sudden. The trouble she had finally come to an end but we don't get any kind of ending with her and the three guys really. It was all so very abrupt and almost makes me feel like I wasted my time reading it.
This whole series was amazing. There was so many nail biting moments and so much family drama. This was the final book of the series and all the crazy drama and questions are answered. In this book you do finally get to see a full relationship with Lilah and the guys and their chemistry is ten times more then I thought in the first book.
Sofia Daniel truly brought it home with an epic conclusion to her Knights of Templar Academy series with the third and final book, Cruel Shame.
If you’re a fan of high school bully reverse harem romances full of mysteries, intrigue, drama, sexual angst and tensions galore then this is the series for you!
This book had me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. All the pieces of the puzzle from the past two books fell into place perfectly. A great read that I really enjoyed.
I LOVED the first 2 books and enjoyed most of this one but the last part felt abit rushed and could of been fleshed out alittle more and the mfc relationships could of had more depth to them
I loved this series and how she stood up for herself at ever turn and how she wouldn’t let anyone get her Down no matter what and how sweet her men where at the end and that ending wow... must read series
Just as I was falling in love with the series this book goes and messes it up. I can’t help but feel a little puzzled because this series could’ve been great but this book feels so rushed you can’t enjoy it. Genuinely feel like this ending leaves you with more questions than answers.
Very good series! Lots of plots and twists! Expected more relationship interaction. The ending COMPLETELY dropped the ball! Very disappointing, the last 2 chapters. Unless there is another book, the main story was left hanging.
This was a book worth waiting to find the end. I am shocked at how much this poor girl and her mother went through but am glad that everything was put to right in the end.
I really enjoyed this book. Wrapping up the series nicely. The character growth was amazing and the plot was on point. And all the secrets were revealed.
This was a great way to wrap up the trilogy. The ending did feel rushed though as their was so many open storylines that the author had to rush to close up.
Well not crazy about the ending. But everything kind of fell into place and everyone got what they wanted. But the amount of deceit and cover ups is just crazy.
