I do not own a restaurant, but I gained so much from this book. Identifying my core principals, understanding the importance of systems, budgeting tips and identifying implementors in organizations is all information contained in this book that applies to schools and many other businesses. I highly recommend this book. The writer's tone and voice is matter of fact and motivating.
