Essentially this is a repetition of “the secrets of power negotiating for your dream car”, expanded to other topics beyond sales. Most of the arguments and anedoctes are exactly the same. In addition to not adding any worthwhile contents, the author overextends his arguments and opinions to political situations, such as the Israel-Palestine conflict, where he is not very competent. It would have been better if he had stuck to selling cars.
