I got useful insights from this book. It makes you think about your own legacy, one day I am a ancester what do I want to leave behind? They also made a section where they give meditations on how to commincate with your ancestral line. For me this is something I already did since i was young, but stopped because it scared the hell out of me. This is something they mention in the book as well. It made me aware of some of our family souls and how important it is that they are remembered. Like children who died early or didn't come out of the womb at all. My own fear of having a stillborn (as in my first child at all), makes so much more sense now. It's easy to read, you may wanna read from time to time, let things settle in before you read the next chapter. It is important that we remembered those closer at our 'home'.

A gentle and positive book on a hard and dense topic.

This book covers a lot. It's probably best to purchase a copy and work through it with plenty of breaks between the chapters and sections.

I'm glad I found this at the library, but it's clear that it requires much more time to do your research to utilize this book properly.
