A really good ending and a lot more romancing than I expected. This is a good blend of romance, sexy love and adult emotions. This story made it easy to connect with both Jessica and Kade.
So in this audiobook, Jessica and Kade have finally met face to face and have to figure out IF and HOW to make this relationship work. They both clearly enjoy the physical side of things but is this a connection that would work outside the cover of darkness? What would their friends and family react to them as a couple.
Kade was a good guy but he definitely came from a place of strength since he was rich and a business owner. I get why Jessica was reluctant to be open about their relationship. I enjoyed how they eventually got to a place where they were comfortable and secure enough to acknowledge their love to others.
So in this audiobook, Jessica and Kade have finally met face to face and have to figure out IF and HOW to make this relationship work. I read the first book of this series Dirty Calls and could not wait to read the second part of this series. This is hands down a great book. Kade and Jessica make a great couple. Jessica was just looking out for her and Kade’s relationship by the way she handle the situation with them in public. You would tell by reading this one that Jessica was just trying to protect Kade and herself. Kade’s love for Jessica aloud the way she treated him in public to continue to go on. Kade had a choice to make. This is one that you have to read to the end. Hands down true love always wins.

So Dirty Endeavors is the second book in the Dirty Love series and now Jessica and Kade have met and are six months into their relationship. Kade is fully in this relationship but Jessica has reservations about it and can't seem to get over it. No matter how much Kade tries to reassure her it doesn't seem to be enough.
I did enjoy Dirty Endeavors but I had a little bit of a problem with this one. Jessica's problem with their relationship bothered me quite a bit. To be honest, I didn't even realize they were a multiracial couple in till later on, her problem was boss and lower employee. Which had been established in the first book. So it was all in Jessica's head. So I can't seem to figure out what the problem was.
Otherwise, this book was just as good as the first.

I don't know how to rate this book. You have to read the first book before reading this book. It sort continues from the first book. A wrong number introduces two co-workers. Well, employer vs employee. The employee doesn't want people to think she got the job just because she's in a relationship with said boss. Dilemma?Yes. A short read, yes. Hot and steamy? Kind of... This is ok. But not for the price of these two books.

This 2and book was sweet and romantic but kind of sad. I was sometimes really mad at Jessica on Kades behalf. He was so sweet and so patient. Jessica was so afraid what others may think, but it nearly cost her everything. But it the end a sweet HEA so so good really loved this unique lovestory.

I absolutely loved this Duology! Kade and Jessica are such a great pair, and I love the way they meet and move forward with their relationship. Not to mention, the spice was HOT!

I really liked this, the pacing was a little slower than the first book, I think that's because most of the plot happened over the course of a week instead of a few months but ti was so!!!!!! SpICY INDEED! It was so great and I liked it a lot! If you like horny romance I cannot recommend it enough!
Also reading a black woman written by a black author was so wonderful and refreshing!!

I Finally Finished
Kade & Jessica...well Hessica was really uptight about dating her boss, whom as her had an incladestine relationship with for months not knowing he was the boss. She almost lost him because of her hangups.

Amazing ending
This duet is totally a one sitting read. The storyline had me addicted to the words and the passion extruding from the pages. This story was totally amazingly cute.

The way I ate the first book up, I just had to jump right into the second book asap!
This story picks up right where the first one leaves off. Jessica and Kade finally meet each other in person and Jessica is against them being together. She thinks people will think less of her and her worth ethic because she is sleeping with the boss. Kade understands Jessica's concerns but he doesn't think it will be a big deal. They go back and forth on this issue until finally Jessica gives in and decides to be with him publicly.
This book had way more spice in it then that first book and I loved it. The reason I enjoyed the first book more than this one is because of Jessica and her need to keep pushing Kade away. I understood where she was coming from in the beginning because she didn't want her peers to think less of her. But it got to the point where she became annoying and unreasonable. I'm glad she got it together in the end because I was ready for Kade to leave her lol

A great read. It took me a bit to get into the book and as you push through it and got better later on. The story was interesting, the characters have a connection and fit well together. Jessica and Kade are falling for one another but it is suppose to be just fun and games. Will they get their happy ending?

I read both books in this series in one sitting! This is a sexy, intelligent story with believable and relatable main characters. The sex scenes were raunchy without being vulgar—so far, these are my top reads for 2020. I am looking forward to reading more from this author!

I loved this story. This couple found their groove but Jessica's self doubts and worries about others opinions really got under my skin. But I loved Kade's response. Love this couple! Please do yourself a favor and grab this duet!

Frustrating Meets Sweet
Grrrrrrrrrr!!! Jessica Jessica Jessica! What can I say but ugh 🙄! I was so frustrated with her through almost this entire book! There was no rhyme or reason why 6 months later not only is she still hiding her relationship from her co-workers but also her family and friends! None of it made a lick of sense. Not a single excuse or piece of rationale she tried to use made any sense. And to top it off her utter obliviousness at Anthony trying to get with her was ludicrous. Even a blind man could see that. Kade was and is the patron saint of understanding and patience. Yet even he got fed up with her mess. I hate when it literally takes losing something valuable for a character to realize what they have. In the end Jessica pulled her head out of her @$$ and stood in the sun with her man. And what did she get for all her trouble.. an engagement ring 💍 cause of course we have to have the happily ever after❤️. Overall for the predictable frustration.. 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️. It was good but I wish there was a better conflict.

Not as good as book 1
Way too many unnecessary details are in this book. Just too descriptive. Kind of made the story boring and honestly, there really wasn't a need to even do a sequel as the main story plot in this book could have just been a part of book 1. Also, Jessica kind of got on my nerves with her wanting to keep her relationship with Kade a secret. He was constantly wanting her to go public as the CEO of the company she works for so why was she fighting the man in this? Anyway, it's short but not as good as Dirty Calls

May 13, 2020I really enjoyed this series. Jessica was an over thinker and cared to much what other people thought. I am a lot like Jessica, however, she really annoyed me. If was obvious that Cade loved her and wanted to be with her. Instead of believing in him and her feelings she chose to throw up roadblocks. She is really lucky that Cade loved her and was in it for the long haul. He was understanding and patient he could have easily given up and move on. She could have lost out on a good thing. He wanted her and was determined to have her so he held in there. Love Cade he was good for her,

I very much appreciate this ✍s writing style which has a cadence, flow & realistic world building that fully engages you with the relatable characters🤗. 📙1 was a slow burn with lots of humor ; while this one picks up steam rapidly with both 🔥🔥& 🌶🌶and mid angst romance! Kade is a living dream of a man & it melted my ❤ at how he wanted to love Jessica out loud despite her apprehension. I wish this book had an epilogue though! Happy reading🍷

At time, I wish I could reach inside the kindle and shake some sense into Jessica. How a strong,successful,accomplished man like Kade put up with the secrecy and sneaking is beyond me. I guess love can made you do unbelievable things. I was ecstatic when he finally had enough!! I cheered: about damn time! Good for you!! And she finally got her her head out of her behind. I love Kade!!

My favorite thing about this series is that the audio has full, quality production behind it with dual narration and a VERY hot voice narrating for Kade. The series itself is good so far and I enjoy this couple to where I would like to see another story with them. If there is a third book, I can see it involving some messy office politics because Jessica's concern with mixing romance in the workplace can become real.
