Once again Chelli didn’t disappoint with the words on the page and gave us a clever and exciting retelling of Rapunzel and I had a hard time putting it down. The storyline was easy to follow, the characters were interesting, refreshing and so wonderfully presented that I was able to connect with them. I especially loved Romy and the secondary characters Frieda and Einar. A fun and unique retelling that everyone is sure to love and I highly recommend it.

OMG … First of all, READ the dedication!!!! This sums up the personality of the lovely Chelli Larsen I have grown to know and admire. That's just the kind of person she is and I am truly blessed to have been able to get to know her and her work. Now for the review of "Towers: A Rapunzel Retelling." The characters are absolutely so perfectly quirky and individually flawed I couldn't help but fall in love with them. Although, there were a few that really was hoping a bird might make a delivery on a head or two. LOL The storyline was woven with such detail and fantasy I was just there every step of the way. I laughed, my stomach knotted up in a few places, and yes, I even shed a few tears when it touched my heart more than I was prepared for. What a wonderful version of a fairytale. And truthfully, one I think I'll have to pass onto my great-granddaughter when she's a little older and ready for the older stories. Five stars aren't enough for what she gave me in this one.

A charming and exciting retelling of Rapunzel’s story from Mother Gothel’s POV! I loved Romy from the first page and cheered through every chapter for her happy ending. Einar also stole my heart and I loved how the author twisted the story in on itself.
