Chase Brighton is a dick.

Elle Holloway needs a job that will get her off of her friends couch. When one practically lands in her lap, she is determined to snag it even though the job description is vague. But when she learns that she will be working for the world famous rock star Chase Brighton, and her confidence begins to waiver.

Chase might make her heart race, but his attitude sucks. He is cocky and moody. He even accuses her of wanting her fifteen minutes of fame. But he is also a single dad to the most adorable little girl—and he needs Elle to be his nanny.

Heading out on tour, the last thing Chase needs is to be confined on a bus with a woman as sexy as Elle. It’s enough to drive a man insane as his thoughts are filled with fantasies of her instead of the music he should be focused on. To keep her at arm’s length, he gives Elle a hard time at every opportunity.

As their attraction grows, they struggle to keep it professional, but sometimes fate has plans of its own. When the downsides of Chase’s fame pour a cold dose of reality on them, can they find a way to make things work, or will their differences pull them apart?

A Sweet Rock Romance

If you are looking for a love story that will keep you cheering for the couple and lighten your heart this is the book for you. Chase was on top of his game with his band being at the top of the charts and an upcoming tour. Elle was living on a friend’s couch after some heartbreaking events shaped her life. When the opportunity to interview for an unknown job she jumped at it no matter what especially since her best friend set this all in motion.

Elle had no idea the job was to be a nanny for Chase’s daughter, Ivy. To say the least Chase and Elle did not hit it off at first but as time went on and Chase seen how good Elle was for Ivy things began to change.

This book was such a “feel good” read that it left my heart feeling happy. There was still enough steam and tragedy to round out the book.

(3.5 stars)

When Elle gets hired on as a nanny for Chase, lead singer in a rock band, her first impression is that she shouldn't be impressed and Chase is a butthead. Chase upon seeing his new nanny, he knows he needs to push her as far away as possible. Having been burned before, Chase is not in the market for that again. For the first couple of weeks everything is running smoothly, Chase is a huge d-bag to Elle, Elle can't stand him, it all works out, until she starts really looking and seeing just what kind of guy Chase is. Slowly the two start to work together and the subtle shift happens, but does Elle have what it takes to be in the limelight? Or will she put an end to it when things get to be too much?

This was a really tame and sweet Rockstar story. TBH it was almost too sweet; there is a tiny bit of drama, but the rest is just push and pull type. I expected a bit more and so I give this 3.5 stars.

Captivating, sweet and heart-tugging!
Elle is one of the sweetest characters I've read about in a long time. I hated how rude Chase was to her when they first met. But when Elle is hired to be, 3 year old, Ivy's nanny, she refuses to let Chase chase her away!
Ivy needed a mom and Elle was perfect for her. She really loved that little girl. The band is great and I adore Claire, the band's manager. Lots of shocking twists and turns in this story.

"It would take more than a cold shower to stop my body from reacting to her the way it did. I was addicted."

4 Rock Star Stars!! Quick, Dirty fun!

Elle is desperately looking for a job and lands one as a nanny for Ivy, who's dad is a rock star on tour. What luck is that? A job on a tour bus travelling across the country? Well it is until she meets Chase, Ivy's dad. Chase isn't one to ask for help and isn't thrilled that his manager hired Elle to help. And while these two are instantly attracted to each other, they keep each other at arms length. But they can only hold out for so long until that attraction combusts. Once they cross that line and the paparazzi finds out Elle's life changes, is this a lifestyle she can get used too?

This is a quick read, but it's fun and definitely steamy!! I liked the development of the relationship between Elle and Chase. I like that while this is like some rock star books, I like that we get more off stage background and real relationship story! If you want a book that will take your mind off things and need a quick read, then this is it!

3.5* REVEIW
If you like your storyline 'sweet' then this is the book for you. Don't get me wrong there are some very hot scenes in the book as well, well why wouldn't there be when you have hot rocker Chase - made even hotter by his very cute 3 year old daughter Ivy. And who doesn't swoon over a single dad that just rocks that dad vibe (no pun intended)!

Melody or Ellie as she goes by has had an awful few years, loosing her parents at an early age then the aunt that continued to raise her passes away she has been sleeping from sofa to sofa until she gets the chance to be a nanny for Ivy and go with the band on their US and Canada tour.

Chase is used to people wanting the rocky and the lifestyle that comes with it and he immediately puts Ellie in that bucket but the more the two are together on the bus going from state to to state the more they get to know each other and a friendship blooms.

But with the fame comes the press and that isn't something a small town girl like Ellie is used to or wants to get used to her focus is on keeping Ivy safe and trying to stay away from the only man that puts butterflies in her stomach.

Chase has had a mental block with writing for months and he doesn't need a sweet girl like Ellie messing with his head - but can he keep her in the nanny zone and even if he wants something more can he convince Ellie!

I was given this copy to read as an ARC for an honest review!

I read Chasing Melody in an afternoon — it’s an easy to read rockstar/nanny romance. Single dad Chase is grumpy as all hell and plain mean to Elle when she begins working as the nanny to his young daughter, Ivy, at the start of a new tour. They are stuck together on a bus for four months, and Elle does her best to keep her distance because Chase clearly doesn’t like her. Of course, the opposite is true, and Chase is totally enamored with this spitfire of a nanny who takes no crap from him.

Elle doesn’t care that Chase is a rock god, and he likes that he can be himself around her. He’s been in a writing slump lately, and Elle has given him inspiration to write new material. I liked that they didn’t keep their relationship secret from the rest of the team for very long, so they were able to be as normal a couple as they could.

But naturally, they aren’t a normal couple. And when their lifestyle differences and his celebrity cause an issue for the first time, Elle goes running and breaks both of their hearts.

I kind of disliked that she did that. I get that it created drama for their relationship, but Chase didn’t do anything wrong. And one thing that I kept thinking during the grocery store incident was, if she’d just had it delivered, none of that would have happened!

But overall, this is a cute single dad/nanny romance. Nothing unexpected, but a sweet resolution. I received an advanced copy and voluntarily left a review.

Chasing Melody is a single father, rockstar romance written by Erin Cristofoli. This book contains plenty of steam and also some sweet scenes where 3-year-old Ivy steals the show.

Elle is so desperate for a job that she would consider almost anything. A job interview with a friend of a friend turns into a whirlwind bus tour around Canada and the US. She meets a gorgeous and loveable little girl and her moody Rockstar father and joins them on tour as the nanny.

Chase hates to ask for help so when his manager hires Elle to come on tour with them and help look after his daughter Ivy, he is less than impressed. Despite Ivy’s instant love for Elle, he has his reservations about her intentions and tries to keep her at arm’s length.

There is an instant attraction between the two, but neither wants to admit it to the other. Once they give in to it, their relationship takes off, at least until the paparazzi catches wind of the budding romance. Elle is thrust into the world of tabloid gossip and has her doubts about whether she can be a part of that world.

This is one of those books that you could easily sit and read in one go. It is wonderfully written, and the characters are so easy to love, I just wanted to keep reading to find out if their relationship could overcome the challenges thrown at them. I absolutely loved this book and am looking forward to reading more of Erin’s work.

Melody is hired to be a nanny for Ivy, Chase’s daughter. Chase is a rockstar and they go on tour and the three of them are sharing a tour bus. Of course when living in close quarters with a man and a woman, who are attractive, I can imagine the sexual tension can be crazy. And it was. When they finally gave in they couldn’t keep their hands of each other. Besides a few bumps their story was very easy to read with very little drama. Not much angst which I usually enjoy but still a good read.

What a beautiful book by Erin Cristofoli.
I love the story about Elle, Chase and Ivy.

Elle took my heart from the start where Chase wasn't very nice in the beginning but al of that changed when they grew closer. And Ivy what a cutie pie, she loves Elle from te start or Ewlle as she calls her. Elle makes everything easier and fits in with the rest of the band just fine. But what she hates is being in te spotlight of the press and the tabloids and what it does with their relationship you will have to read in the book. This book has it all, great world building, romance, drama/hurt and some excitement when someting really scary happens

This book gets all of the 5 stars from me.

This is my first time reading anything from this author, and I really enjoyed reading this book, this was a great read, the characters are well written, I was engaged in the story the whole time. This is the story of Chase, and Elle. Desperate for a Job, Elle takes a job as Chase's daughter's Nanny. Chase is grumpy, rude, and mean, but when they are together sparks fly. This is entertaining, emotional, sweet, dramatic, and steamy.

This was one of the sweetest books I have read in a while. It just made me oo and ahh the whole time. Elle has been referred by a friend to become the nanny for rock star Chase Brighton. She brings in this 'I won't let myself get sucked in' attitude, but I knew it wouldn't take long. When you watch a man with his child, it can be the sexist thing, and Chase didn't prove me wrong. His love for his 3 year old is endearing and although his schedule is crazy, he makes plenty of time to still be dad. These two were sweet and the chemistry between them was hot. I loved this story and I hope Erin allows us to see their future while also letting us see if there is a happily ever after for the rest of the band.

I liked the way the story flowed, that there was some conflict and a relationship in turmoil. Elle was her own woman, and I found her strength an attractive character point. I enjoyed the fact that Elle was an average girl from an average family. Chase was more down to earth than one would expect from a rock star. He was a family guy at heart, which was sweet. The addition of his daughter Ivy was a terrific storyline itself, and the fact that she drew the two together was a nice angle.

I thought the story itself move at a slow to moderate pace until the ending, which was my favorite part. It was much more maturely written than the rest of the book. The story was easy to follow, and the characters were likable. It was just a bit superficial to me. I needed more feelings and more tension. However, though it has its sexy moments. it was a sweet story.

Sweet and sexy, Chasing Melody will have everyone who loves a good rockstar romance swooning like crazy. Chase and Elle have quite the adorable story that packs a nice little emotional punch along the ride. With immediate sparks flying between these two taking them from slight enemies to one of the sweetest couples ever I was pretty darn hooked right from the beginning. Mix in an extra dose of cute thanks to Chase’s daughter and Chasing Melody is the perfect little escape from the real world.

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Not going to lie in the beginning I hated Chase. As the story unfolds and you start to hear his past with his ex you get it. Their story has so much chemistry and build up. I really enjoyed this story and I'm glad it wasn't insta love I like that there was conflict. When they do get their acts together the sparks fly. Great read!!!

When Elle is hired to be the nanny for Rockstar and single dad Chases’ little girl, he accuses her of having ulterior motive for applying for the job, but can wither of them deny the sizzling chemistry between them? This is a beautifully written story which is a sweet and steamy read, which had me totally intrigued and hooked throughout this riveting tale. I highly recommend for all readers.

Poor Elle, some heartbreaking events really messed her life up, and now she's stuck sleeping on her friend's couch, so she really needs any job she can get. Chase was on top with his band, and they're about to go on tour, so he really needs a nanny for his super cute tiny human, Ivy, which is when he ends up with Elle. Honestly, he didn't come off that great, as he was rude, grumpy, and even went as far as to accuse Elle of using Ivy to get close to him, which she took exception to big time, but off on tour they went. These two had sparks flying everywhere, and Ivy definitely did her best to steal the show, so this was an amazing story that I couldn't get enough of. See, there's more to Chase than arrogance, but it takes time to see past his walls, however, Elle was just what the doctor ordered, but can he get past hers?! You'll have to actually hit those one click buttons on this emotionally sweet story to find out! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

I decided I need to read this book after a friend left an amazing review about it on her blog. We tend to have very similar taste in books. Of course, she did not let me down and I loved this book. I always enjoy a good rockstar love story, but this one really pulled me in. I finished this book in less than 24 hours and loved Chase and Melody so much, I wish it didn't end. This was a new author for me and I look forward to reading more of her work.

This full bodied story is on the shorter side which is perfect for the reading mood I've been in. It is not full of descriptive detail or drawn out sex scenes. As a matter of fact, I would classify this as a sweet rocker romance.

It is a little predictable but that doesn't take away the joy of reading it.

Chase and Elle's story was very sweet. It was an "easy read" and I really enjoyed it. I don't really know what else to say about it though. It wasn't especially emotional, there weren't any real surprises, but it wasn't boring either. I really liked it and would recommend it if your looking to do a little light reading.

It was a fun quick read. I love how Chase was with Ivy. so many authors miss that part of the story, they just dance over that. I loved how much she was a part of the story not just a shadow in the back. Now onto Trevor is a giant problem. 😉

What a fantastic book - easily one of those books that you could pick up and read all the way through to the end and not even realise you had finished it! I absolutely loved it, from start through to finish.

A rockstar romance where superstar Chase is reluctant to admit that he needs help looking after his young daughter while he is on his latest tour. In comes Elle to work as the nanny. What ensues is very much an enemies to lovers romance with the added bonus of the drama that comes with dating a superstar.
