I thoroughly enjoyed this book on leadership. Jojo has some very appropriate and insightful points to effective leadership that is applicable to any position of leadership, military or not. The war stories are great examples of the execution of this leadership, and entertaining.

I am looking forward to the dichotomy of leadership, as I can see and have experienced the dichotomies that are definitely gaping holes to the principles taught in extreme ownership. These do not negate the principles but certainly must be taken into consideration as we attempt to lead others.
