5⭐️ I really enjoyed this book and couldn’t put it down! Christiana is an engineer inspecting a building before it’s due for demolition, only to stumble upon a secret elite bdsm club. Being curious, she stays and sneaks in for the event that night and unknowingly captures the attention of a bored billionaire.
I was really impressed that this book seemed really knowledgeable about using correct terminology, practices etc. as well as in general giving the reader a good taste of the lifestyle. (It’s right on par with Brie’s Submission!) There were only a few instances where the author forgot to include the correct name agreed upon during a scene/event, but that was minimal.
The progression of the relationship especially seems very realistic and wasn’t always hearts and rainbows. I really liked that Christiana also wasn’t swept up in all his riches. She didn’t want to lose herself, made a plan for that and stuck with it- I really appreciated that!

Did I just read smut and put it on public? Yes I did. That being said, I am a woman who grew up on wattpad (not proud but equally unashamed). Anyway, in the first few chapters the author used ‘Dom’ and ‘top’ interchangeably which had me rolling in my grave but stopped doing that after the initial few chapters so forgiveness has been given. As for BDSM, the accuracy was pretty on point except not everyone gets a billionaire prince as a Dom and because of that fact, I will now be sitting myself in the middle of the motorway.

Her connection with dominant James was so so explosive. The chemistry really came through the pages.

This trilogy was fantastic read with lot of Bdsm and secret club and training a sub. Christiana finds a secret club behind a wall in a building that was to be demolished as her job to make sure it goes smoothly but then she finds a hidden wall and breaks a hole into a secret room she is like Alice going down the rabbit hole. She gets curious and watches all dressed up like a sub she finds on dressing room and she tells herself she will only watch but then James sees her and is hook line and sinker the books take off from there and man what a wild ride. I guess there is more books in this series but 1-3 were great and I received them on bookfunel so I did not read the rest if series for I don't buy ebooks. I highly recommend this trilogy

Not bad, not my fave either.
I liked fact that everything was distinctively consensual, no gray area. Personally didn’t like the last one as much. The island wasn’t my favorite part but that’s just personal preference regarding sharing. I’m not big on the “you’re too good for me/I’ll hurt you” trope, so that kinda ruined it for me. I don’t like that even in the end the fmc was chasing after the mmc despite him essentially saying he couldn’t love her. Would have been better if he’d had to actually work to get her back imo.

Lila Dubois has such a talent to bring you inside the world she creates within her stories, I LOVED this series HARD!! and seeing mention of other characters in other books makes me happy.
For someone who KNOWS that communication is key, THAT was the main issue when you get down to the nitty gritty of the situation. Loved how it all came together.

Contemporary Romance + bdsm focus
Third person, double pov
In terms of smut or BDSM scenes, there are quite a few scenes in this series, more than 2-3 per 100 page book. Scenes range from bondage to impact and some sensory play/abrasion too
In terms of education, there is a good amount of terminology info, also consent and setting boundaries is pretty well explained, but they’re not properly defined, it’s a little blurred, for example, There is an instance where the sub doesn’t know what’s going to happen for a few scenes(and almost thinks about using the safe word as a result but doesn’t) but is still willing to submit and doesn’t want to be accused of “topping from the bottom” but I felt like those scenes should have been explained more clearly and more boundaries should have been set but it ends up working out well without any issues so that’s good
There is a very tiny third act disagreement trope, but it only lasts for a few pages and they both come to a similar conclusion at the same time so there is very little groveling. There is barely any fight either tbh, they just walk away and then meet 5 ish days later.
In terms of pacing, it’s relatively medium paced, you don’t get as many noticeable time jumps, also I felt that the books had a well written writing style as well as an interesting storyline!
Overall, I thought it was a great bdsm based book!

If you’re into BDSM you may like this but it’s definitely not my thing. The main characters themselves were lovable and interesting enough but the scenes they played out were terrible in my opinion. There was also a whole page that was repeated in another part of the book which I found weird. As a result, I’m not interested in reading the rest of the series.

I loved this writer's style and thoroughly enjoyed this trilogy. Christiana was quite a strong woman and I found this account of her unexpectedly getting to explore BDSM captivating. And I couldn't help but feel a little bit sorry for the poor little prince!!

It was not the worst, also not the best. I do not know. I am not fan of total newbies and experienced dominats, who act like their submissives live in lifestyle for number of years and do not like when submissives ask questions. Like that means that they do no trust them.

Loved reading the engaging and engrossing erotic complete trilogy, three stories in one. When Christina accidentally finds the Orchid Club, she yearns to learn more about it, and when James, the Dominant, sees Christina, he wants her. After a night a passion and dominance in James' arms, Christina disappears, and James wants the beautiful submissive again. Read the highly recommended, wonderfully written, and a must read erotic love story.
