I have read a number of sport motivational books. This book is outstanding in a special way.
Not only does it offer a very balanced mix of scientific, psychological strategies (which aren't new, but it doesn't hurt to internalize this over and over again), but it makes these strategies stick to real-life examples of numerous top athletes from individual sports in the recent past. This makes the book extremely entertaining, captivating and educational all at the same time.
