This is part three in a brand new four-part serial from Bella Osborne.

Regan is holding a winning lottery ticket.
Goodbye to the boyfriend who never had her back, and so long to the job she can’t stand!
Except it’s all a bit too good to be true…

When Regan gets pranked, she finds herself jobless, homeless and boyfriendless in one fell swoop.

Luckily her friendly seaside community provides a beacon of hope, proving to Regan that sometimes you really can rely on the kindness of others – and one local in particular, a handsome fireman called Charlie, helps Regan realise that this could be her chance for a fresh start.

Armed with a list of ways to change her life, Regan decides it’s time to step out of her comfort zone. Because – as Charlie knows all too well – life is for living . . .

A feel-good summer read, perfect for fans of Jill Mansell, Veronica Henry and Cressida McLaughlin.

Having loved the first two in this series, this part three was no hardship for me. It carried on straight from the second one which was pleasing and I jump d right into it straight away. Lovely read. My only complaint is that again it’s too short but, I expect if you bought the books it would be much easier . Looking forward to reading the final one is this truly lovely series.

I cannot recommend this series enough, it is extremely addictive and I wish it could go on forever.
My heart was thudding when I began to read this new part (part three) of the series, due to how part two ended!
I'd love to hear more about Regan; I can imagine her even as a pensioner, up to her funny antics. She always makes me smile and is a thoughtful person, even when life deals her blow, after blow...
There is many a funny scene in this story, but it has so much more. The main topic is always there, however, I love how the author takes us away from that. I feel that in a lot of books the heart of the storyline can become just that, and it can become boring and often quite predictable. Not so in this book as the author keeps us entertained with plenty of drama through Regan and the other great characters, you will feel lots of emotions and the surprises!.. It is writing at its absolute best!
I really like Penny, and again, she's selfless and a friend who you would want by your side in a time of crisis.
I feel that something is going to happen concerning a supporting character in the next part of the series. I can't think what will happen, but I know that whatever it is will be good!
I'm missing Regan already. I feel lost when I have to leave behind such believable, heart warming characters.
I have to say that I also like how the ending of each part leaves us hanging! I'm extremely looking forward to finding out what is going to happen in the concluding part, and again, I highly recommend this series!

My thanks to Avon Books UK via NetGalley

Wow this installment really drove the plot forwards, literally so much happens in this latest part of the series I hardly know where to start. If you've read parts 1 and 2 you'll know that Regan has a lot of irons in the fire and a lot of plans in place and it was great that in this book we get to see all of those plans coming to ahead and some of those plans being executed.

We finally get to see a bit more of Chloe in this installment too, I have waited to find out more about Chloe since we began the series and so I'm pleased to be able to put more of a face to a name so to speak. In 'In Too Deep' the drama really ramped up a notch and I would say that the drama stays high in 'Sink or Swim' so much happens. There are some sad moments and some happy moments and I would say that this author has stuck a good balance of emotions here.

I don't want to say too much more about 'Sink or Swim' because I don't want to give spoilers. Regan is learning a lot about jam and a lot about herself and her own way of life in the meantime. I can see things being set up for the climax of this series all along the way in this episode and I really can't wait to see how Bella wraps things up in Meet Me at Pebble Beach.

This is the 3rd book in the "Meet me at Pebble Beach" series. I am still enjoying this series so so much! It's so good! So entertaining! There is so much going on in the main character life. There is no place for boredom in this book! It's so well written, there is always a touch of mystery and it makes you want to know more! Once again, Bella Osborne leave us with a big reveal at the end of this part (just like on part 1 and part 2) and you just want to know what happens next! Can't wait to read the 4th and last book in the series!

I really can't get enough of this brilliant series from Bella Osborne, without question it is the best thing she has ever written. I've now reached part three Sink or Swim and after another cliffhanger at the end of part two, I didn't leave it waiting long on my Kindle to be read. Regan continues to stumble from one calamity to another, with her it's like she takes one step forward and then several steps back but she never gives up instead finding ways to overcome the seemingly insurmountable obstacles placed in her way.

There are a wide range of sub plots which back up the main strand of the story and sometimes these can be weaker or just added in for the sake of it but I don't think this is the case at all with Meet Me at Pebble Beach. Everything seems to slot together so well and every character and sub-plot is given equal attention and you find yourself keen to read about everybody and everything where as usually I want to stick to one main idea. But as the writing and the portrayal of the characters feelings and troubles is so brilliantly done I just find myself thoroughly engaged with every strand of this wonderful series.

I expect certain cliffhangers or some problems to go a certain predictable way and then Bella Osborne throws in a curve ball and you find yourself thinking well fair play. The easy get out clause could have been used and things could have been wrapped up nice and easily but instead the characters are tested to the max and made to think through situations and approach them from all angles. I like the fact that they really do have to strive to achieve their ultimate goals in life and Regan is a prime example of this. I mightn't have been too happy with the outcome from the nail biting finale of part two but I think the author was brave to go in the direction she choose to as it opened more avenues for exploration. Regan learns an important lesson that life and all its problems along with the good times do carry on and how insignificant everything and everyone truly is.

Regan also comes to the conclusion that perhaps Charlie is right and that embarking on a relationship may not be the ideal timing at the moment but still you do want them to get together but the way things are looking now that possibility is even further away, now more than ever. I think that they would make a great couple as they work well as a team. Charlie is cool, calm and collected and steadies Regan when she has some hair raising idea that seems to be going out of control. Her jam making exploits still make me laugh but her strength and determination to succeed with her market stall deserve nothing but admiration.

Charlie is like an addiction for Regan, someone she can't get enough of but are these sentiments reciprocated by Charlie? It's hard to tell but he always seems to be there to pick her up when she falls as sometimes I think she rushes headlong into things without thinking everything through. But I suppose that's down to her kind hearted nature that she doesn't like to see people suffer and always wants to help in any way she can. But also I think Regan has existed in a state of panic since she quit her job as she believed that she had won the Lotto. The title Sink or Swim really is apt as now is the time for her either to make it or break it. Especially as her artist friend Cleo arrives home unexpectedly from her work trip to Japan. Regan will have to confess all as to what she has been up to and I wondered would this be the downfall of her and everything she has put into place in an attempt to claw her way back to some sort of normality in her life?

The Meet Me at Pebble Beach series has just been such a fantastic read so far. If at any time I see someone asking on social media for book recommendations I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this series that has truly captured my heart. Friendship, love and coping with what life throws at you are the main themes being explored and they are done so to perfection. At the risk of sounding like a broken record that last page in Sink or Swim, well I definitely never ever saw that coming. How on earth could the reader be left hanging like that? So cleverly done and it just goes to show Bella Osborne has utilised every character to perfection and created so many essential connections to the overall plot. Seas the Day is the aptly named final part and I am on tender hooks to see how everything will pan out.

Monday mornings tend to be dreadful! This Monday was MAGNIFICENT! Even though I am working on Day #18 of Quarantine and the days run all into one and I have not gotten out of my everyday routines, well some of them. I still wake up and check my email and today’s email contained one from the author of this book inviting me to read the third part of this book series. Are you kidding me? In as much pain that I have been in, I jumped up and hopped to some reading. Things to do- you will have to wait. I just got the book I was waiting for! I spent the time reading this book, until I was interrupted by some need from my kids and then I up and relocated to my closet to read. I exited with some laundry excuse. Always some laundry to do whether it is to fold it or wash it or who knows. It always makes a great excuse to exit stage left! How does this author cram such drama, laughs and more in such a small space, I do not know, but she is a MIRACLE worker!
This book begins with a BANG-literally! Elvis ends up in the care of Regan. Poor Elvis requires surgery, but thankfully was taken to a charitable clinic, so didn’t cost Regan what little she had left to her name. How does this end up happening? My question is how did Kevin, a homeless man keep up with the voracity and stamina of Elvis? I am completely exhausted after reading about his antics, let alone having him in my possession. Elvis and his antics are enough to require a Poise pad, so please be prepared! He gets Regan into quite the jam-ROFL! Elvis gives Regan quite the run for her money, literally. We are taken on quit the adventure with Elvis and Regan. I was overly joyed with this book, but the ending ends with a BANG, just as it begins. This book hit me with quite the shocker at the ending! I am looking forward to book #4 and how this is all going to be wrapped up. Plus, with Elvis all energized up, we have to see what he drags Regan into next.
Maybe Elvis will bring me coffee with the author. Stranger things have happened!

This is Part 3 of the Pebble Beach series. I would recommend reading the books in order as this is Part 3 of a serialisation of the book and the stories do follow immediately on from each other. The Pebble Beach story focusses on Regan whose life changes when she thinks she has won the lottery. Finding help from her local community, Regan slowly begins to put her life back together.

The previous instalment was left on a heart-thumping moment, and this book begins straight into that part of the story. Of course, I won’t spoil what happened at the end of the previous part just in case you haven’t read that one yet, and I won’t tell you what happens here either. Needless to say though, just when you think things are looking more positive for Regan, she suffers another setback. The story, like the previous two parts, was great to read and as it’s such a short read I had in finished in not time at all. The only problem with these little books is that you just want them to last longer!! I got to the end of Part 3 without even realising it and actually cursed when the page wouldn’t turn over! Of course, they are released fairly close together, so I won’t need to wait too long to complete the story!

There is a great mix of characters in this series, and I really like all of them. The author has kept me on my toes throughout the series so far with little cliffhangers and mysteries thrown in. I mean things such as what has happened to Regan’s dad, and where is the storyline going with the market manager are keeping me gripped to the book!! This instalment definitely pulled at my heart-strings more with what was happening but with so many laugh out loud moments the happier times definitely outweighed the sadder ones.

I literally cannot wait until the final instalment to see what happens next. What will happen with Charlie, what is the story behind Kevin and most importantly will Regan finally get her happy ending? Roll on for the fourth and final instalment!!

A sombre start to part three of Meet me at pebble beach sets the tone for much of this instalment in what has been up till now a very lighthearted read.
Although Reagan is continuing to tick off her lottery list the things she’d like to achieve, with the help of the oh so lovely Charlie, it is Elvis the Irish wolfhound who takes centre stage. He accompanies Reagan on all her exploits making me feel he may prove to some comfort to her if and when life takes a downward turn. Still determined to make a success of her fledging jam making business, it is Charlie (yet again!) and his mum who lend a hand since Reagan hasn’t quite got the grasp of the science behind jam making!! The humour that has made this such a lovely escapist read so far resurfaces in the market stall scenes. Unpredictable hairy dog + jam jars + market stall =recipe for disaster. Will Reagan ever sell her product or are her flavours too quirky for the the average taste buds??
Best friend Cleo also makes more of an appearance, upon her return from Japan, and she is the complete opposite to Reagan, they are like chalk and cheese but I’d like to see her relationship with Reagan further developed in the final part. It is friendship kindness and humour that underpin this frivolous read although I hope the author treats us to a final helping of romance placing Charlie back in the limelight.
I completely didn’t bargain for the way the reader has been left wondering what is on the horizon for our effervescent, positive and caring protagonist but I CAN’T WAIT for the final part. Will she get her happy ever after or will the ending be bittersweet as I suspect? Whatever the author has in store I hope I won’t be disappointed as this has been a perfect way to unwind and distance myself (no pun intended!) from reality.
My thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for giving me the opportunity to read this bright and breezy novel.

I really enjoy reading this series. I can't believe there is only one book left!!!! I now want to visit a hedgehog rescue and feed the little hoglets. The good news is, Regan finally knows how to make jam. Now she just needs to sell them. I have a feeling Regan's father is hiding something and it's not Tarty Tara. He's not very supportive of Regan. I also have a suspicion on who is behind the hit and run ad I really hope it isn't this person. I think Cleo might have found a love connection. I hope everything works out for Regan and Charlie. I'm not sure how the series is going to end, but I hope Charlie, Regan and Elvis get to ride off into the sunset with each other (Elvis will be chewing everything that he can fit into his mouth.)

Definitely recommend the book. I would give the whole series of books 3.5 stars. As always, my only complaint is that it's too short. I just want to keep reading and find out what happens. I'm still hoping maybe in the end, Regan will actually get a winning lottery ticket. Can't wait to read the next book and find out how everything turns out for Regan, Charlie and Elvis. I love reading the author's books and love the cover of this book. This is my favorite cover, even though they are all the same image. I LOVE the color scheme.

Part three of Meet Me at Pebble Beach serial was so engrossing! I have become so fond of the characters from parts one and two. One of the main characters, Regan, with her heart of gold, keeps making decisions with her good nature instead of in her best interest. I keeping telling her, oh no!, do not do that!, but she just keeps going forward into situations that make me shake my head. I am so hoping in part four, she will land on top and all her good deeds will have her a winner.

This part ended with a shocking cliffhanger, as did parts one and two. It definitely has me wanting to continue the story as soon as I can! The author has done a fantastic job of keeping the reader on the edge of their seat waiting to see how the story will end.

I enjoyed part three so much and anxiously look forward to part four, the final in this serial story.

I want to thank NetGalley and AvonBooks UK for allowing me to read the advanced reader copy. My review is my opinion not influenced by receiving the ARC.

My thanks to Avon and Netgalley for not keeping me on tentor hooks to find out what happened after Part 2's cliffhanger!

Which brings me to Part 3

It's quite difficult to review without leaving teasers or hints about what has happened, and I don't like telling about the story.

So, I shall concentrate on the writing. I've noticed with authors that there comes a time when their writing goes to another level. This story is where Bella's goes to the next level. She's the talent to make the reader desperate, perhaps the wrong word, to make the reader care about the characters she has created and this is why I'm so grateful to the publishers for allowing me to read these parts so quickly.

The story flows as you would expect from this author and the serious subjects she deals with in this novel make for a very gripping page-turner.

I am now so very looking forward to reading the finale as I can't see how we can get a completely happy ending for the lead character here. Whichever way this ends up, I cannot wait to find out how it ends up.

“She’d never look at strawberry jam in quite the same way again”!!

Part three of this four part series had me gulping back tears of devastation but just like the two first parts of this series it also continued to have me smiling and laughing out loud.

Nothing seems to ever go right for Regan and even when things seem like they are looking up, it all comes undone again. Even through her grief she continues to battle on but can she hold it together long enough for things to get her life back in order?

And how long can Regan and Charlie deny themselves of each other? I cannot wait to see what happens with these two!

As we head into the last part of the series, we are left with yet another cliffhanger! I love how each part of the series leaves us right at a point where we cannot wait to know what is going to happen next!

Thank you Netgalley, Avon Books UK and Bella Osborne for the ARC in return for my honest review.

In this next part of the series so far, Regan and Charlie are still in relationship limbo and after the Kevin and Elvis incident cliff hanger from before, Regan steps up as Elvis is treated as an emergency at the vets to see if he'll recover...

Meanwhile Cleo makes a shock return and Regan's market dreams get off to a tricky start with an instant foe made in the form of Dragon Lady and the moody market manager.

And just what has Regan's dad done to his neck and acting oddly for?

Wow, wow, wow, Bella keeps shocking and providing drama this book keeps on giving and I can't recommend it enough Charlie and Regan aren't very close at all in this part but another brill ending ensures they'll be involved in plenty of drama in the next and final part!

Many thanks to the publishers for allowing me to review this book for them!

This is the third part of the Pebble Beach serial. You definitely need to read the first two parts before reading this book.
The ending of the previous book was a huge shock, and this book carries on directly after that, and the days afterwards as Regan struggles to come to terms with what has happened.
Just as she thinks that things might be improving, everything starts to unravel.
This book is enjoyable, it didn't have quite as many shocks as the previous books, it seemed to deal with some of the previous issues that occurred within the previous books.
I think that I might have predicted some of the next events, but there are a lot of twists and turns. I can't wait until the next part where I can find out how the story ends.
I have really enjoyed this series so far, and I highly recommend it.

Book 3 of a 4 part book series. Note to readers, you can either read this as a 4 part book series or there is a full length novel which includes all of the 4 parts.

Right first off this is becoming an addictive series, and can’t believe I’ve only got part 4 to go and then that completes the series.

Just like the other two parts, there lots going on in this little story, full on entertainment although there are some emotional tragic scenes too.

I have to give Regan credit for not giving up at the second or third hurdle when it comes to getting her own business up and running. Not sure I’d have stuck with it, think I’d have given up and just got a boring normal big standard job working for someone else. So well done Regan.

Right I can’t hold off anymore, I’m heading into part 4, the last part to the series.

Amazing plot twist!

This part was equal parts sad and tragic - my heart broke for Kevin and Elvis; and happy - Cleo returns home and boosts Regans spirits. Again though with the cliffhanger, and boy was it a doozie! I never saw that coming and I’m desperate to see what happens next.

I’m really enjoying watching Regan stumble through her life. Seeing her navigate through every set back and road block that comes her way. I’m still rooting for Charlie and Regan but I have no idea how it will pan out, or indeed how many tears I will shed. Part 4 can’t come fast enough.

Thanks to Netgalley and Avon Book UK for the ARC in exchange of an honest review.
Each book in this series just gets better and better.
I'm so hooked on this story. Each book leaves you hanging at the end so that you are desperate to read the next one.
I like that the author has broken it up into four different books as that is not something you usually see and it really leaves you begging for the next one.
I'm impatiently waiting for the last book but I'm so engrossed in the story of Charlie and Regan that I don't want it to be the end.

Three Hankies and a Sore Face From Smiling
This book is episode three of a four-part story. The reader must read these in order as they do not stand alone. In fact, they are more of a four-part book. In this episode, I went through at least three hankies and had a face that was sore from smiling. And I would not have wanted it to be any other way. I can't wait for the next and final book. After book four, I plan on reading all of the books in order in one massive binge read. I received this ARC book for free from Net Galley and this is my honest review.

I have really enjoyed this series so far and I can’t believe this one has ended on another cliff hanger - I cant wait to read the final part (pretty please NetGalley).

After a sad start the story really picks up and is quite funny in places. I could really bash Regan and Charlie’s heads together as I want them to finally take the plunge and be together, even if it may only be for a short time.

Definitely recommend reading and will look out for more from this author in future.

Thank you NetGalley and the publishers for letting me read this series early.

Lucky enough to get the chance to read part three which was just as well as part two left me having to know what happened! Part three was just as amazing as parts one and two and left me again just having to know what happened. Fortunately for me the full story then became available on netgalley and I didn’t hesitate to request a copy and was thankfully allowed to read and review. I just had to know what would happen. The ending didn’t disappoint! Brilliant book and highly recommended thank you!

I have loved the first two parts and wondered what was in store for Regan and Charlie in part 3, and I wasn't disappointed. The story continued to flow, loving the characters more with each page and hoping for good things for them. Another shock at the end of this part, which I didn't see coming at all (loving all the twists and turns), I am excited to find out how in all ends in the final part...……………..

Thank you to Avon Books and NetGalley for sending the next book in the Pebble Beach series - my thoughts are my own.

Having been left on a cliff hanger at the end of book 2, we have a roller coaster ride of emotions at the start of book 3.

It was good to continue reading about Regan and Charlie - Bella Osborne has quickly made me care about the characters. There are lots of strands to the story all starting to come together and I'm now eager to read book 4.

In part two we were left hanging on the edge of a cliff. What would happen to Kevin and Elvis, would they be OK? I won't spoil the book. Regan's friend Cleo comes back home to Brighton from her overseas trip and once again it looks like Regan will be out on the street, but she is lucky enough to secure a home for a further three weeks. As she will be a guest in Charlie's home, will they eventually become a more permanent item? Will have to wait for part four to find out

Well, another enjoyable instalment of this fast paced story. A mystery is cleared up and Regan is still leading a very hectic life. Charlie, Penny and Malcom are there to support her, her dad’s relationship with his new woman concerns her and how on earth is she going to explain everything that’s been happening to Cleo. A fun enjoyable read and I’m so excited for book 4.
